By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. They know the region inside and out and have a good overview of the offerings, as well as insight into the wishes of potential buyers. Ivo, my realtor, is very experienced, friendly and approachable. He personally took care of all viewings and managed to sell my house within a week.
