The different phases of the sale went smoothly with care and attention: - Flying start with clear agreements and good coordination with Nicky. - Market analysis and preparation where you, as a seller, are well involved - Preparing the property where it is nice that Chloé takes a look - The professional photographer who knows how to capture the atmosphere in the photos. - Professional and open attitude of Nicky. I know him as someone who commits 100%, thinks along and is open to suggestions. Despite some setbacks in the market, it was ultimately possible to sell my property in the heart of the center. 24 Jun 2025Great realtor for selling your house. We worked with Priscilla and Tom, who communicated clearly, concisely, and quickly and really involved us in their vision. It was good that there was always a fixed and easily accessible contact person. The only point for improvement was the final inspection. During this process, the buyer's real estate agent took too much initiative, which made it take longer.

From the initial consultation and taking the beautiful photos to guiding the bids and the final sale; everything went super smoothly and in a very relaxed atmosphere. Above all, I found it particularly nice that you communicate via an app group with your 'own team' and that Nina and Maarten responded very quickly everywhere. Very pleasant during such a busy moving period. Highly recommended!

The communication lines were clear and concise with the help of a group WhatsApp. Tom and Priscilla complement each other well. I have experienced that Tom has a very accurate picture of the market segment in which my house was sold. All in all, it resulted in a successful sales process.

15 Mar 2025The sale of our house with Maarten was a smooth and well-organized experience. Their process is clear and structured, with timely reminders, so we never had to worry about what we needed to do next. They always responded quickly, making communication seamless. Jesper was truly excellent. Before choosing a real estate agent, we interviewed several, and Jesper immediately stood out, full of energy and able to think from our perspective. That also meant he understood buyers well, knew exactly how to address their concerns and put forward the right selling points. Thanks to him and Gina, our house sold very well. The only small downside was that a number of viewings were handled by another agent from Maarten. That's not necessarily bad, but the visits weren't documented as carefully as when Jesper led the process. But overall we are very happy and would absolutely give them a well-deserved 5 stars! Great work!

Date unknownIt was a clear and pleasant intake meeting with Tom and later with Priscilla. As a result, I was very curious about the collaboration during the sale of my apartment. Ultimately, it exceeded my expectations with these two great people. Simply top :) An exceptionally refreshing approach throughout the entire sales process. Both Priscilla and Tom give you the feeling that you are their only client. Partly also due to the always fast and adequate responses via WhatsApp contact. The guidance was professional, friendly with a well-thought-out sales program. Almost everything is taken out of your hands and you are supported on all fronts. And not unimportant, the quick result and the final selling price were higher than my original expectations. I recommend Priscilla and Tom 100%.

Date unknownFive years ago house purchased through Maarten. That was fine so automatically chose Maarten Makelaardij again when selling the house. This time unfortunately a bad experience gained. Why? Maarten Makelaardij was careless in drafting the advertisement (full of errors and inaccuracies) and measuring the property, communication proceeded sluggishly and furthermore they had a passive attitude regarding sales. When discussing the complaints, these are acknowledged but as a solution it is recommended to look for another real estate agent. Subsequently, a buyer appeared at the last minute, but the time was changed and not communicated, causing the viewer to be much too early and we ultimately had to give the tour ourselves. A date in the preliminary purchase agreement was incorrect. Shortly before the transfer with the notary, we were called by Maarten; the settlement from the notary has not been checked for accuracy and they will ‘try to see if they can quickly fix this’ - not done. In the report of the final inspection there is a photo of 1 meter (instead of 2). This is not a disaster, but again careless. Despite acknowledging errors and poor service, no compensation in calculated costs or discount on brokerage fee. In short, the communication, guidance and service are, as far as we are concerned, very substandard. This was absolutely disappointing and we cannot recommend Maarten Makelaardij. The house has been sold, but not thanks to Maarten Makelaardij. I would almost say; despite Maarten Makelaardij.
