By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. This was a very positive experience from the first contact. Clear agreements about the working method and rates in advance, easy to reach with questions, and actively contributing ideas. Ruud guided us through the purchasing process, and Ruud and Vinod handled the sale. Thanks to Ruud's advice, the purchase process went smoothly, and negotiations were quickly finalized. The sale of our own house went wonderfully. Both Ruud and Vinod were very enthusiastic about our home and managed to convey that to potential buyers. The photographer and videographer they engaged presented our house beautifully. From the publication on Funda, it was a storm, 16 viewings in one week. The strategy proposed by Kleurrijk worked well, and we sold our house within two weeks! The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

I did the whole process remotely since I already lived abroad, and they handled everything for me. And it could not have gone more smoothly. Even when Mike unexpectedly fell ill just as viewings were about to start, one of his colleagues immediately took over and arranged nearly 50 viewings in less than 10 days. Within a few days, I had an introductory meeting with Britt, who guided me through the entire process and considerations. Additionally, she gave me recommendations based on my personal situation. After that first conversation, it took quite some time before my apartment was ready for rent (I am very meticulous), but Britt remained always super patient and professional and continuously advised me. She also arranged viewings herself and kept me informed about every step. Even during the selection process, she gave me her opinion on the best potential match, and I am extremely happy with the result. Renting out your apartment can be challenging and time-consuming, but thanks to Verra and Britt, it went very smoothly. I highly recommend them!

Date unknownNever again. I stayed in Rijswijk. Although it was extremely expensive, the house was okay, more or less as pictured, but with many defects in the apartment (including a front door that didn't close properly). My problems had little to do with my real estate agent Luna, who unfortunately had left VERRA but was very helpful, and more to do with the landlord of the house (Rental Ocean). They never responded to emails and rarely to phone calls. During my stay, the vacuum cleaner and coffee table (which were already old and partially broken) broke down, and it took about a month to replace them. Additionally, I caused a small scratch on the wall. I had arranged for a repairman through Rental Ocean to fix it, but he never showed up. When I contacted Rental Ocean for information, they also did not respond. They said that I should fix it myself, which I did, and then told me that I needed to repaint the entire wall. Seriously? How am I supposed to paint an entire wall? When I left the house, it took about three months before they returned my deposit, despite my persistent emails. In my last email, I even had to threaten to call a lawyer. Eventually, I found out that in addition to withholding €120 for the wall, they also withheld €75 for cleaning?!? How is this possible? The house was spotlessly clean, and I have videos and photos. Truly scandalous. Unreliable.

The conversation was relaxed and pleasant, and then everything went into overdrive. Communication with Priscilla was also super clear and very nice! Everything was arranged very quickly, without much hassle and on short notice, which was very important for us this time. They send clear instructions by e-mail and are always available for consultation, from the preparations for the photography to the sales procedure. You can call them, e-mail or WhatsApp them, they always respond quickly. They made great photos, wrote a good description of our apartment and together with us developed the strategy to maximize the chance of sale at an attractive price.
