Nothing is too much for her, she adheres to the agreements made and her enthusiasm is fantastic! Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented, she is also literally of added value! Where others might quickly indicate that no more viewers can come due to excessive interest, Carolien simply lets everyone come and look who wants to. This has literally yielded us more value! 21 Nov 2025Extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agent. I was called by a Real Estate Assistant about a property and heard in an utterly rude manner that it would be impossible to arrange something by 31 December. Even when I thanked him for calling, he kept repeating in an disrespectful tone: “yes, it won't work out for you.” All he had to do was inform me that the property wasn't available, I didn't ask for advice, but he kept emphasizing this in a nasty way. Very unprofessional and completely disrespectful.

We are sorry that you experienced this as unpleasant, however we do not send our clients away without a thought and try to think along and give advice in that regard. Dear Chris, On November 30, 2015, you became the owner of this apartment. You purchased this with the assistance of a buyer's agent. It was communicated (via the questionnaire signed by you in connection with the deed of sale) that the boiler is from 1999 and that it should be replaced soon given the lifespan of central heating boilers. Last Tuesday, March 8th, you called us for the first time about this boiler. Your story was unclear. At the end of the day, you reported to our office and demanded a financial compensation for a new boiler. From the conversation, it appeared that the boiler functioned normally and is therefore not defective. You indicated that you would provide a written statement from a certified installer showing that the boiler functions dangerously. To date, we have received nothing from you.

Questions like: which real estate agent do I take, do I renovate anything before the sale, how will bidding and viewings go etc.? The first question is quickly answered, Carolien is the best real estate agent you could wish for. She takes you by the hand through the entire sales process. Nothing is too much for her, she adheres to the agreements made and her enthusiasm is fantastic! Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented, she is also literally of added value! Where others might quickly indicate that no more viewers can come due to excessive interest, Carolien simply lets everyone come and look who wants to. This has literally yielded us more value! You can let go of the entire process and confidently entrust it to Carolien. Where do you find someone like that these days? Carolien, you are a top performer!
