21 Mar 2024Almost 10 years ago I met Carolien during the purchase of a house! At that time I had viewed several properties, but Carolien's infectious enthusiasm stood out head and shoulders above the rest! As if it were her own home, she sold me the property! When I wanted to sell the same property a few years later, I didn't have to think about choosing a real estate agent! Carolien arranged everything quickly, neatly and fairly! She also provided me with advice for the purchase of the new house. And now we are moving again! Of course, Carolien was our real estate agent this time too! Carolien sold our house again for a beautiful price and what I REALLY appreciate about her is: she really takes the time to listen to your wishes, always has time to answer your questions, nothing is too much trouble and you never feel obliged to contact her because she always greets you kindly and always calls you back or responds to your messages! If we ever move again, we would definitely choose Carolien again!

12 Jan 2025Went with this realtor for buying and selling a house. A verbal agreement was made about the total price, with a handshake. Good mediation and result. Unfortunately, at the end of the journey we still had to pay more than agreed. A man's word is his bond doesn't apply with this realtor!

Carolien en Ingrid konden gelijk alle vragen beantwoorden over het huis, en gaven ons een vertrouwd gevoel. Ook nadat het bod was geaccepteerd bleven ze erg betrokken en begeleidden ze het hele proces zorgvuldig. Ze zorgden voor goed contact met de verkopers en zaten overal bovenop. Je merkt aan alles dat ze hart hebben voor hun werk en echt met je meedenken. Questions like: which real estate agent do I take, do I renovate anything before the sale, how will bidding and viewings go etc.? The first question is quickly answered, Carolien is the best real estate agent you could wish for. She takes you by the hand through the entire sales process. Nothing is too much for her, she adheres to the agreements made and her enthusiasm is fantastic! Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented, she is also literally of added value! Where others might quickly indicate that no more viewers can come due to excessive interest, Carolien simply lets everyone come and look who wants to. This has literally yielded us more value! You can let go of the entire process and confidently entrust it to Carolien. Where do you find someone like that these days? Carolien, you are a top performer!
