Ik ben zeer ontevreden over de werkwijze van makelaar Arco Lamper. Tijdens de bezichtiging liet hij zich negatief uit over mijn aankoopmakelaar. Dit vond ik onprofessioneel en ongepast. Daarnaast ervaarde ik zijn houding als onbeleefd. Op basis van deze ervaring zou ik deze makelaar niet aanbevelen. Aanvulling: Ik merk dat mijn feedback wordt gekoppeld aan mijn komst en vragen, terwijl mijn review juist ging over jullie houding en de manier waarop er negatief werd gesproken over mijn aankoopmakelaar. Dat staat los van het feit of iemand te laat is of vragen stelt. Ik vind het belangrijk om dat onderscheid duidelijk te maken.

Extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agent. I was called by a Real Estate Assistant about a property and heard in an utterly rude manner that it would be impossible to arrange something by 31 December. Even when I thanked him for calling, he kept repeating in an disrespectful tone: “yes, it won't work out for you.” All he had to do was inform me that the property wasn't available, I didn't ask for advice, but he kept emphasizing this in a nasty way. Very unprofessional and completely disrespectful.

What a bad and impersonal real estate agent. After my first bid, I heard nothing, received no response, and so after 8 days I called to ask if everything had been received.. yes, it was rejected, I was told. When I asked why they hadn't informed me about this, I got the answer that they are not obliged to do so. If someone makes a bid, it is quite decent to say that you will submit this to the seller and that you let the bidder know is simply proper. My second and higher bid was made on March 31st. We are now two weeks further and I still haven't received a response. No rejection, nothing. Today I also withdrew my bid. I don’t feel taken seriously at all. Do you want a good real estate agent? Then do not choose Lamper & van Vliet. They should be ashamed. Go to Delta. Here I have now bought a house and it is very pleasant to do business with them. They call you back quickly and think along with you. Very nice people at Delta!
