Our house sold with the help of Ed and Miranda, what toppers! From the beginning there was good clear communication and clear agreements were made. Free from random attacks or such, I rented an apartment through this office. What happened is that they colluded with the landlord to not return my deposit and the deposit of the previous tenant. In the end, they partially refunded my deposit and made up a few random reasons to not fully refund it. I would absolutely NOT recommend them. We hebben via het incheckrapport en de bijbehorende foto's kunnen zien dat het zeker niet in dezelfde staat was achtergelaten als waarin het huis aan u werd opgeleverd. I rented out my apartment through House Select and I am very satisfied. They also helped me with my new purchase. Once, I had a tenant who didn't treat my apartment nicely, but thanks to a good check-in and check-out, I was able to prove that the damage occurred during the rental period. The tenant compensated for the damage. Meanwhile, my property has now been rented out 6 times through House Select. They are personal and I can always call them. In short, I can recommend them to everyone!!
