I had direct contact with Stephen. No fuss, just clear – that's what I like. From the first conversation, I knew exactly where I stood. Even when I went against his advice, he continued to think along and cooperated smoothly. He is creative, solution-oriented, and really thinks with you. Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. If you want to sell your property in Gouda or the surrounding area, then, as far as I'm concerned, Van Rhijn Makelaars is the right choice. Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

This real estate agency is deceiving buyers. My advice: do not buy a property with this realtor. We bought a house from Dupree Makelaars and it only brought misery. Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

More than a week ago I sent a message via their website. I gave them my mobile number and email address. I also provided a short description of the property I was looking for. No response so far. I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response. I have received all information, including several bids. Everything with a high service level. We will stay in contact, so I can wholeheartedly recommend their real estate agency.

Robert helped us with the sale of our house. Quite exciting because you don't do something like that every day. We wanted to sell the house in a short time but also get what the house is worth and Robert really helped us with this. From the moment we put it 'For Sale', to taking the photos (discussing and giving input together) and when the viewers came. Neatly and properly reported so we knew what had happened, but in a good and honest way. Not too enthusiastic but just realistic.
