We engaged Kalmeijer Makelaars after we had scheduled a viewing. Jeroen Kalmeijer was on vacation but immediately started working for us. During his vacation, he familiarized himself with the property, made contact with the selling party, and personally viewed the property directly after his vacation. His advice regarding the bid proved to be spot on, slightly higher than the other bids with exactly the right conditions. We are impressed by the expertise, network of contacts, and decisiveness of Jeroen Kalmeijer. In addition, communicating with Kalmeijer Makelaars was always pleasant, regretful, and efficient. This gave us so much confidence that we decided to also engage Kalmeijer Makelaars for the sale of our current house.

An ON realtor From the first minute it was clear that this realtor did not act professionally. The only thing he did was open the door for us. After that, he stood in the room and only paid attention to his phone. • There was no information about the property. • There was no tour. • There were no answers to simple questions. To questions like: What is the year of construction of the extension? What are the energy costs and consumption? No ready sales knowledge was noticeable here. However, there was a commitment that he would look up the answers and share them with us. This promise was not kept. Our offer was digitally submitted and also physically placed through the office's mailbox. No confirmation was sent regarding this, or any form of acknowledgement of receipt given. Communication is therefore also not a strong suit. This realtor cannot be reached by phone. Not at the office, not on his mobile number. Not even during business hours. When we called the opening hours listed on the website, we heard a recorded message saying that the office was closed. The rare times he was reachable, he proved to be unskilled. He gives an incorrect assessment of movable and immovable property. Doubtful cases are not described in the NVM list of movable and immovable assets. Here he excels in incompleteness. Incorrect information is included in the preliminary purchase agreement. When this is discussed, he brushes it aside and talks over it. Examples of this are the cadastral boundary and the year of construction of the property. As a contact person between me and the sellers, he takes no action and pushes every form of communication onto the selling party. Untrustworthy, unskilled, and unreachable are certainly terms that we experienced during our purchase. Even during the inspection visit for the transfer, there was no attention to us at all. No congratulations on the purchase, no tip to take another look at the movable assets, no feedback requested about the course of events. Instead, he immediately started using his Chromebook and we received information about his second COVID-19 shot that he needed to get. Did he not do anything right? Maybe one thing. He did call the bank once with a request to stop repeatedly changing the mortgage terms and finalize the mortgage. That was successful. My conclusion is that wherever the prefix ON- applies, it applies to this man. In addition to untrustworthy, unskilled, incomplete, uninterested, unreachable, and non-communicative, I consider him an ON realtor.

Even when I went against his advice, he continued to think along and cooperated smoothly. He is creative, solution-oriented, and really thinks with you. Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

The real estate agent clearly knew what he was talking about. He chose the right strategy, my house sold quickly. I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. I found selling my first little house quite exciting, but thanks to the good guidance, it was much less stressful for me. A quick response to all my questions, both via the app and by phone. He always calls back quickly and takes the time, as does the assistant. I definitely recommend this real estate agent.

Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response. I have received all information, including several bids. Everything with a high service level. We will stay in contact, so I can wholeheartedly recommend their real estate agency.

We have had a great collaboration with Hugo from the very first meeting. I expected that I would tell him the details of the house and discuss the sale, but instead he came with a report on what the current market is like, how things are going in the neighborhood regarding sales, and what the best price would be to put our house up for sale. And he's a technical nerd, so he had already researched how he could make things easier with a click of a button and not to mention his photographic skills and the details in VR. We felt good and chose to work with him. As promised, he made sure that the entire process went according to plan. But luckily we were surprised at our sale and he made sure that he thought along with us and gave the right advice and didn't make the decision for us. Finally, he is super fast and easy to communicate or connect with. You will never feel excluded in the dark. For an appraisal to obtain our mortgage, we were referred to Yess Real Estate. They were able to appraise within a reasonable timeframe. Because we were satisfied, we also entrusted the sale of our home to Yess. Jessica and colleagues guided us neatly throughout the entire process. Short lines via WhatsApp, telephone or email. Not everything always goes according to plan. However, when there were bumps, they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Our house was sold subject to conditions, but we expect the further handling to go well too. The communication is professional, pleasant and accessible; no question is too much!

We asked Remko from RE/MAX to be our real estate agent for both the sale of our one-bedroom house and the purchase of a two-bedroom house in Rotterdam. His advice was very helpful in obtaining a good price for the house we sold and in finding a suitable new home on very short notice. Should we need a real estate agent again in the future, we would certainly trust Remko again!
