05 Oct 2025Very poor (no) communication from Mr. Peter deJoode. The tenant of my apartment is interested in purchasing the property. Gouwestad was recommended by a family member. However, no responses to emails, and it seems almost like they don't want to sell. I myself live in the US and know that there are 'higher customer service standards'. But Gouwestad doesn't know the mountain at all.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

She is very professional, but absolutely does not forget the human aspect when buying a house. We really needed her services for the purchase of an apartment. Without her critical perspective, decisiveness, but also very friendly approach, we would never have been able to get a house. By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

06 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

The viewings were supposed to be done by 2 agents, but in the end this was only done by the other agent, while it had been agreed upon in advance. Not that she didn't do her job well, but it's strange if you agree on that in advance. In short, certainly satisfied, only a few small points for improvement.

Overburen (neighbors) while the house was also for sale had 13 interested parties. The photo reportage was mediocre and not worth the money and was responded to poorly. All in all, he didn't work hard for us and I think Dupree isn't worth their money.

When signing the purchase contract, reference was made to documents that turned out not to be legally correct. This caused confusion and uncertainty. When I asked questions to the representative, Peter, I often got answers that were not based on facts, but on his own interpretation. If you did not agree with that, he could react verbally aggressively, which made the communication very unpleasant. I felt not taken seriously; he treated me as a customer disrespectfully and spoke contemptuously about experts and advisors.
