Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Marcel dacht actief mee, gaf helder en waardevol advies en schatte goed in wanneer en hoe we zijn hulp nodig zouden hebben. En dan was hij er ook! Zo zorgde hij en het team ervoor alles op rolletjes verliep. Daar waar we bij andere makelaars overal zelf achteraan moesten, was De Pater pro-actief met updates en reminders. Net dat stapje extra, wat fijn is in zo’n (toch hectische en soms spannende) situatie waarin je je niet zo vaak begeeft. Heel erg bedankt! Wij kunnen De Pater en Marcel van harte aanbevelen!

Over het algemeen was de communicatie goed, zo nu en dan kon het beter. De prijs/kwaliteit kan ik weinig over zeggen, want ik verkoop niet zo vaak een huis. Zoals ik begreep was de courtage gemiddeld.

De heer Kats kent de woningen, kent de markt en is altijd beschikbaar als er vragen zijn. En is hij er niet, dan is de rest van het kantoor er altijd nog. Over de prijs voor zijn diensten had ik wellicht iets scherper moeten onderhandelen, en het pakket met Funda-mogelijkheden had wellicht iets kleiner gekund. Maar ja, de woning was in korte tijd verkoch…
