She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. Monique guides you through the entire process and gives you daily tips and todo's via the app. I am sure that we would not have 'won' the bid without her and wouldn't have our dream home which we now do. 02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Had some problems with the new apartment, according to real estate agents it was a short circuit that would be resolved within a few hours (took much longer), had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Edit: it's now 5 months since I moved into this apartment and I still don't have a working intercom (opened a ticket in week 2)

Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was almost always: 'Don't worry, I'll take care of it!'. Twee jaar geleden hielp hij mij met het verhuren van mijn huis, waarbij hij alles zo professioneel en efficiënt aanpakte dat ik vanaf dag één wist dat ik in goede handen was. De afgelopen twee jaar heeft Jasper zijn uiterste best gedaan door het lopende onderhoud van het pand te beheren – altijd proactief, altijd responsief en altijd in contact gebracht met de juiste mensen wanneer er iets aandacht nodig had. Hij nam een groot deel van de stress en het gedoe van mij af, zelfs bij taken die niet strikt onder zijn verantwoordelijkheid vielen. Recentelijk heeft Jasper ook de verkoop van mijn woning begeleid en wederom een uitzonderlijk resultaat behaald. Toen we ons bij Jasper inschreven, verzekerde hij ons dat wanneer we een huis leuk vinden en we erop willen bieden, hij ervoor zal zorgen dat we een deal tegen de juiste prijs krijgen. Gedurende het hele aankoopproces hebben Jasper en zijn team ervoor gezorgd dat onze belangen altijd beschermd waren. Technische inspectie, aankoopprijsadvies, hypotheekadvies alles werd zeer proactief op maat gemaakt zodat het ondanks ons reguliere werkschema zo naadloos te beheren was. Jasper is altijd beschikbaar om eventuele vragen te beantwoorden tijdens het koopproces. Hij is zeer betrouwbaar met zijn advies, maar zorgt er altijd voor dat we een winnend voorstel krijgen. 09 Dec 2024What a journey we have made together! If all goes well, we've been at it for about 3 years but nothing is too much for Dennis or Johnno. After a year of searching and constantly being outbid, we had given up, more than a year later we contacted them again and Dennis and Johnno immediately had time to start the search again, with incredibly good advice and most importantly not to make a hasty decision I can certainly say that they are there to help and that this should also be the driving force! Both buying and selling have been of great value to us that we could always call for information, and secretly we still do that now! Top people and once again incredibly thanks for all the conversations and advice!
