07 Oct 2025Be aware of your deposit when renting through this agency. After almost three years of renting with Finke, I received a final inspection where a 10cm long scratch was noted. The inspector indicated that everything was in order and gave the impression that the tenancy had ended well. No instruction was given to me to remove this scratch before the end of the month. A week after the end of my rental period, I found out that all walls were repainted at a cost of 1500 euros, which came directly from my deposit. I disagreed with this - I could have painted it myself for 20 euros - and took it to court, where I was given the right side. I got my deposit back.

Since we found their service very neat and clear back then, we also put our house up for sale through them now. This time as well, the communication was very clear and personal. Ferenc thought carefully about the sales process and gave good tips on preparing the house for photos and viewings. The final handover was also very secure and thorough (in hindsight, much more thorough than when we bought our new house through another agent). All in all, a very nice cooperation.

17 Jan 2026We got to know these real estate agents when we bought a house through them. And ourselves, we were still looking for a sales agent for our own home. The contact with Issac Makelaardij went so smoothly, that we immediately decided to ask them to handle the sale of our house. The way they think about everything is really something special. From how we could best present our home to the video and photos for Funda. They have their own very competent photo/videographer for this. Within the shortest time we had multiple viewings and our house was sold faster than we had expected. So if you're still looking for a sales agent who is personal, professional and just really nice to work with? Then Issac Makelaar in Noordwijk is definitely a recommendation.

07 Nov 2025With the help of Brian Issac, we found a lovely house in Noordwijk aan Zee. I found it particularly special how Brian listened to all our varied wishes and was able to find the right balance. Moreover, it's fantastic that he arranged everything! He also introduced us to Noordwijk itself, which gave us a lot of trust in choosing the right place. Thanks to his guidance, we look back not only on a nice purchase, but also on a warm acquaintance with the village where we now live with much pleasure. A real estate agent who looks further than just the stones!

07 Nov 2025We were looking for a house in Noordwijk, but to be honest, we ourselves still didn't know exactly what we wanted. Our wishes were quite mixed and seemed hard to combine. Yet Brian Issac managed to translate that into a home we hadn't directly imagined, but which fits us perfectly. What struck us extra was that he not only helped us with the purchase, but also really guided us through Noordwijk. From nice neighborhoods to practical tips about the village and that personal touch made all the difference. We feel at home here much faster.

He is also always accessible, even in the evenings or on weekends and he has a good knowledge of the local housing market. Furthermore, he advised me well about an appraisal, arranged a very professional photographer which completed the picture on Funda. When viewings were requested, this always went by mutual agreement and from the reactions of viewers I could also see that they found Brian to be a very pleasant and correct real estate agent.
