Het enige puntje is dat we soms het gevoel hadden dat de makelaar ons enthousiasme wat temperde (of realistisch hield?) Wat uiteindelijk reuze mee viel, maar waardoor de spanning wel wat hoger was.

Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

19 Sep 2024Via Henriette heb ik mijn appartement snel en voor een hoge prijs kunnen verkopen. De communicatie verliep ook vlot en heel plezierig. Haar dienstverlening heeft ten slotte een zeer goede prijs/ kwaliteitsverhouding, mede doordat zij naast de gebruikelijke makelaarsdiensten tevens interieur styling advies geeft, meubels en decorstukken kan plaatsen voor een betere presentatie en ook nog de foto´s voor de website maakt. Ik kan haar absoluut aanbevelen!

19 Apr 2024Dankzij Henriëtte van MDM Makelaardij wonen wij nu in het huis van onze dromen. Vanaf het begin was Henriëtte beschikbaar voor alle vragen en last minute bezichtigingen aan huizen. Gelukkig hebben wij ons huis gevonden bij het tweede huis dat wij hebben bezichtigd. Het biedingsproces was voor ons nieuw maar dat was geen probleem. Henriëtte heeft ons alle tips en trucjes kunnen vertellen om te zorgen dat wij het huis kreeg. Nadat wij het winnende bod op het huis had, heeft Henriëtte ons begeleid door het hele koopproces. Voor alle vragen, stond ze paraat. Ik zou niet aarzelen om haar weer in arm te nemen om een huis te kopen.

19 Apr 2024April 2023 MDM Makelaardij heeft wederom snel geschakeld. Dit keer niet bij de aankoop van een woning, maar bij de verkoop. Handig geplande bezichtigingen en een mooi bod. Wederom blij! April 2021 Dat snel schakelen mogelijk is, is bij MDM Makelaardij gebleken. Binnen 30 minuten na de bezichtiging moest ik een bod uitbrengen, Henriette heeft mij daar goed bij geholpen. Het appartement was aan renovatie toe en ze verwees mij door naar hele goede vakmensen die schilderden, die de keuken kochten en installeerden en een schoonmaakploeg voor de eindschoonmaak. 19 Apr 2023De samenwerking met Henriette was heel open en prettig. Zij heeft in de periode oktober 2021 tot en met juni 2022 gezocht naar een passende seniorenwoning voor mijn ouders én gevonden. Mijn ouders, allebei 70+, hadden geen levensbestendig huis (koop) . Henriette zocht en vond een prachtig en voor mijn ouders betaalbare huurwoning. Zij ging uit van de wensen van mijn ouders. Zonder Henriette was het mijn ouders en ik niet gelukt om zo snel een nieuw en veilig huis te vinden. We zijn heel erg tevreden. Onze samenwerking rondden we af met een grote bos bloemen en bonbons. Zo werd geadviseerd de timing van de verkoop ietwat uit te stellen zodat het niet in de december periode online zou komen. De lijntjes met de makelaar waren kort dankzij de aangemaakte WhatsApp groep. Zo werden we goed op de hoogte gehouen tijdens de bezichtigingen en konden we altijd terecht met onze vragen.

He understood our needs from the start and advised us at every step with excellent professionalism. Besides being a very kind and friendly agent, we greatly appreciated his honesty and patience during every viewing and with every offer we made. He always gave us space to think and make the best decision for us. Despite the fact that the process was very stressful and the bidding situation was quite crazy, he helped us evaluate the situation and avoid a hasty decision. 12 Jan 2025The first contact with Ferenc from Obèr Real Estate dates back 12 years when he helped us out of a tight spot with an urgent appraisal. Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was almost always: 'Don't worry, I'll take care of it!'. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend Obèr Real Estate because of their expert knowledge but also the warm personal contact. If we ever sell a house again, I know which real estate agent will be engaged: Obèr Real Estate!
