The communication was very good, open and we could ask everything and find what we could think of during the process. One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.
