Jan-Willem is 20 jaar geleden begonnen bij een particuliere vastgoedbelegger in Delft en runt inmiddels alweer 10 jaar gedreven en met passie zijn eigen makelaars kantoor Dijksman Makelaars. De woorden kundig, discreet, gedreven en belooft is belooft passen zeer goed bij Jan-Willem. Arthur Kerkhof is onze woningmakelaar en vestigingsmanager in de vestiging Nootdorp. Na een aantal jaren gewerkt te hebben in de accountancy is hij in 1997 overgestapt neer de makelaardij. Met een vader aan het roer van een bouwbedrijf, was het eigenlijk al voorbestemd dat hij iets met 'huizen' zou gaan doen. Aukje Bruinooge, Office Manager, u treft haar met een vriendelijke lach 4 dagen per week bij ons op kantoor. Zij regelt alles op de achtergrond bij de aan-/ verkoop van een woning, niets is haar vreemd en geen enkele vraag is haar teveel. Aukje woont ook al jaren in Nootdorp en is veel op de tennisclub NTC te vinden. Danielle Zonneveld, Office Manager, werkt 2 1/2 dag per week bij ons kantoor in Nootdorp. Ook Danielle woont al jaren in het dorp, met elkaar vormen wij een bron van kennis en gedrevenheid voor de makelaardij in en rondom Nootdorp. Niels van Rees is onze ondersteunend makelaar en tevens makelaar BOG voor het onroerend goed. Bij beide kantoren is hij nauw betrokken en werkt hij met veel enthousiasme. Makelaar zelf vonden wij super!! Enige verbeterpunt is de ingeschakelde fotograaf en plattegrond-maker. De foto's hebben we na veel heen en weer mailen uiteindelijk zelf geredigeerd. En over de plattegronden moest veel gemaild worden om de fouten eruit te krijgen. Maar de makelaar zelf was fantastisch, Arthur is een hele fijne makelaar die samen met Aukje en Danielle goed contact houdt en je stap voor stap informeert en begeleidt ! Ons huis was snel verkocht.

Contact verliep heel prettig. Er werd altijd snel gereageerd en met kennis van zaken. Nadat de opdracht was overeengekomen gekomen werd een groepsapp aangemaakt in whatsapp wat ik heel fijn vond werken. De mogelijkheid om gratis een verhuisbus te gebruiken vond ik net dat beetje extra. En alle medewerkers zijn allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een dikke tien!

In the past year, we viewed 3 properties with Niels and each time were told that we weren't selected. After speaking with the owners of the properties, we learned that Niels didn't send our documents completely or not at all. Niels also twisted our words, so you don't get a chance for a rental property, and thus we also get a bad image. Don't do business with them as a tenant and not as a landlord. If there are landlords present who want to rent out a property, we would rather pay more in rent than have such an unprofessional company involved.
