Al jaren een zakelijke relatie met Rijnpoort Nog nooit teleurgesteld in ze. Fijne mensen. Afspraak is afspraak. Aanrader
Het was een heel prettig contact. De begeleiding tijdens de bezichtiging was fijn en deskundig, alles werd gecontroleerd en besproken. Er werd veel werk uit handen genomen. En zeer regelmatig werd er tussentijds even gebeld om e.e.a. te bespreken en te ondersteunen. De lijntjes binnen het bedrijf zijn ook heel kort, daardoor weet iedereen waar het over gaat en wie je bent als je belt of langs komt. Dat ervaren wij als zeer prettig. Wat een vrolijke, behulpzame werknemers werken…

Het contact was heel goed. Ze zaten overal bovenop en staken veel tijd in de zaak. Verschillende collega's waren op de hoogte van de zaken en konden allemaal adviseren of doorwijzen naar de juiste persoon. Rijnpoort is een dure optie, maar zorgt wel voor een spoedig verloop van het proces, wat uiteindelijk ook weer geld kan opleveren.

Rijnpoort Makelaar, in my case the selling broker, did not mention that the object they were selling was missing permits. A permit was missing for the roof terrace and one was missing for the floor with which an entire extra story had been created. I will not put all the details here, but believe me, pay close attention. They promised me as a buyer to contact me if they had sorted out the permits...I have heard nothing more. However, I have suffered thousands of euros in damages.
