Daarnaast misten wij betrokkenheid en enthousiasme bij de verkoop van onze woning. Het voelde niet alsof er actief werd meegedacht of moeite werd gedaan om het maximale resultaat te behalen. Ook in de onderhandeling met de koper hadden wij meer initiatief en stevigheid verwacht. Er werd naar ons gevoel onvoldoende doorgevraagd of geprobeerd om een beter resultaat te realiseren. Al met al hadden wij meer proactiviteit, betere communicatie en een sterkere onderhandelingspositie verwacht van een professionele makelaar.

Goede service. Alle mensen bij het Nootdorps kantoor zijn vriendelijk en professioneel. en ook goed bereikbaar. Voelde me gesteund en ontzorgd.

Ze kwamen te laat voor afspraken en verschenen onvoorbereid en zonder de vereiste documenten. De makelaar overhandigde vervolgens spontaan een handgeschreven document ter ondertekening, dat hij vervolgens kwijtraakte - een fout die tot juridische problemen leidde. Ook de communicatie liet te wensen over. E-mails werden willekeurig naar mij of mijn man gestuurd, zonder de beleefdheid om de CC-functie te gebruiken om beide partijen op de hoogte te houden. Bovendien werd de contactpersoon zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving gewijzigd. Al met al was de service ongelooflijk ongeorganiseerd en frustrerend. Ik kan dit makelaarskantoor niet aanbevelen aan iemand die op zoek is naar betrouwbare en professionele vastgoeddiensten.
