Disappointing experience with Olsthoorn Taxaties We had a valuation done by Olsthoorn in October in connection with the sale of our home via Arcade's buyback scheme. Initially, the contact with Sophie Zaat was pleasant: she came for the assessment, took photos and said that the report would be delivered within one to two days.
