Reliable and good advice

Bad tent. Apartments come along, and you hear nothing at all.

Stay away from there. Unreliable and uninterested staff. They are not professional. Especially the branch in Nootdorp is very bad.

A bit unfortunate, and a missed opportunity. About half a year ago, I was advised by one of the Ruseler brokers I spoke to when I walked in with an email registration, he promised me that as soon as an apartment in Pijnacker went on sale that met our wishes, we would be notified. I have already seen several potential apartments on Funda with Ruseler as the selling broker, (also today) but I have never received a message from them. For me, they are not a reliable party and I will therefore also not have my house sold through them, which will need to happen when we eventually find an apartment ourselves. I must honestly say that due to an experience with another broker, I am increasingly inclined to sell our home ourselves via a site like Jaap.nl or Makelaarsland.nl when the time comes. I have already read and heard several very good experiences about this from colleagues, you spend much less money, admittedly also less service, but if that is not even offered in a potential purchase, I can do without it during a sale.

Very satisfied. Clear communication and feedback during the sales process regarding viewers and other matters. They adhere well to agreements and deadlines (which you often have during a purchase-sale process). I bought my house through this real estate agent three years ago, and that went well then too. Recommended!

They are not credible with their valuations; they value a dilapidated building as highly as a dwelling in good condition in the same apartment building, and then still claim it's correct 😂😂😂a bit unfortunate…
