Subsequently, you discuss when the property will go online and when viewings can take place. After the viewings, we discussed and advised how to deal with bids and interest. The realtor also advises on the estimated reliability of a buyer (based on any submitted financial documents, the feeling someone has about your house, or whether someone is merely exploratory). Subsequently, after accepting an offer, everything could be signed online and the sale was complete!
