Be aware of your deposit when renting through this agency. After almost three years of renting with Finke, I received a final inspection where a 10cm long scratch was noted. The inspector indicated that everything was in order and gave the impression that the tenancy had ended well. No instruction was given to me to remove this scratch before the end of the month. A week after the end of my rental period, I found out that all walls were repainted at a cost of 1500 euros, which came directly from my deposit. I disagreed with this - I could have painted it myself for 20 euros - and took it to court, where I was given the right side. I got my deposit back.
