And house purchased through B & L via Lucinda and Jurriaan. We received a purchase agreement that was drafted for another property and were allowed to remove the inaccuracies ourselves within 2 days. They would then adjust it, and so there were still several other things that weren't right. In these times, good offices distinguish themselves. This certainly isn't one of them, and I also wouldn't sell my house through them after our experiences.

Even though the housing market is inflated, it's nice when the real estate agent isn't, doesn't respond to callback requests, does make you provide all data, and after 3 weeks you are allowed to view 2 houses because I call again. Upon arrival, no real estate agent, and it turns out there is still one house available. Explanation B and L sorry it's busy and therefore ultimately no house. Super bad.

Attempted to secure a studio/apartment multiple times for rent. Sent my documents multiple times but each time it is said that an oral agreement has already been reached. While the properties sometimes remain on their website for longer than 2 weeks. I do find this unfortunate because they do have good rental properties, but I won't try anymore here.
