Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

This broker fails to honor a previously scheduled viewing appointment. We were present at the agreed time and date for the property to be sold, but unfortunately, the broker was nowhere to be found. After telephone contact to schedule the appointment, I requested confirmation via email, which was not standard practice according to this brokerage. Now it is stated that the appointment was scheduled for a different date. If the appointment had been confirmed, this possible miscommunication could have been prevented!
