Alleen het digitale gedoe met het programma Move was niet ons ding. Maar goed dat is ook gelukt. Het uiteindelijke resultaat stelt ons tevreden. We herkennen ons echter niet in het beeld dat er bewust onjuiste informatie is verstrekt. De informatie over de erfpacht was voorafgaand aan de bezichtigingen beschikbaar via jullie move dossier en is tijdens de bezichtiging ook expliciet benoemd. Deze stukken lagen ter inzage, zodat geïnteresseerden zich goed konden verdiepen vóór het uitbrengen van een bod. In dit geval was deze informatie dus ook beschikbaar voordat jullie een bieding hebben uitgebracht en voordat jullie zijn komen kijken. Daarnaast hebben wij in dezelfde straat al meerdere transacties begeleid waarbij deze erfpachtconstructie nooit een probleem heeft gevormd in de financiering. Voor zover wij konden inschatten was er dan ook geen aanleiding om te verwachten dat dit anders zou zijn. Dat een bank of notaris vervolgens aanvullende eisen stelt, zoals een notariële opinie, komt in de praktijk vaker voor en ligt buiten onze invloed. Wij begrijpen dat dit als vervelend kan worden ervaren, maar dit maakt onderdeel uit van het financieringstraject. Wij vinden het jammer dat je onze communicatie als onprettig hebt ervaren.
