28 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Approximately half of these were purchased by the tenants. For the remainder, everything went well, allowing me to individually decide on the selling price. I am very satisfied with the entire process which was completed within a year.
