I did know that Drieman had been on the corner for many years and made an appointment for orientation. The appointment was with Daniëlle and I was impressed by her knowledge of the houses, the neighborhood, and the market. Certainly now that I look back at how things turned out, this is exactly as it was presented in the first conversation. During the sales process, I was well informed by Daniëlle, Isabelle, and Marjolein. Corné smoothly presented the house, did the final inspection, and was present at the notary.

Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.
