The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

She is very professional, but absolutely does not forget the human aspect when buying a house. We really needed her services for the purchase of an apartment. By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. 06 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Super friendly and clear communication throughout the entire process, even responding on free days/hours if necessary. As soon as the lady understood that we were not established in the Netherlands, interest was immediately lost and arrogance surfaced. She pretended to write down our details to register us later, but one month later and we still haven't been registered. Clearly, customer-friendliness and helpfulness are lacking here.
