Contacted RE/MAX again in DECEMBER 2021. I needed an appraisal report on short notice. The day after my request, Bert van der Krogt was at the door and after about ten days, I had my report. One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

She is very professional, but absolutely does not forget the human aspect when buying a house. We really needed her services for the purchase of an apartment. By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

28 Aug 2025In the period May – August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell the house. She reacted alertly and quickly and had already done her homework prior to the first appointment. She indicated for which price similar properties in the street had been sold before, critically but positively assessed the condition of our house and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her asking price was well-reasoned. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house were made with professional quality and placed on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest ourselves on Funda and a week later the first viewings took place. A week later, the first three bids came in and we were pleased to note that there was a good offer. The process from bid to sale was handled punctually and efficiently and overdracht (transfer) could take place in mid-August. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, punctual, focus on client’s interest, honest and friendly. On the next occasion, we will call her first.

The apartment was in need of renovation and she referred me to very good professionals who painted, purchased and installed the kitchen, and had a cleaning crew for the final cleaning. 25 Sep 2022The collaboration with Henriette was very open and pleasant. She searched for a suitable senior residence for my parents between October 2021 and June 2022 and found one. My parents, both 70+, did not have a sustainable home (purchase). Henriette searched and found a beautiful and affordable rental property for my parents. She based her search on the wishes of my parents. Without Henriette, it would not have been possible for my parents and me to find a new and safe house so quickly. We are very satisfied.
