Within 6 weeks, a home was found and purchased for my daughter, and the handling of everything is worthy of praise. I would recommend RE/MAX as a buying or selling agent to everyone! Contacted RE/MAX again in DECEMBER 2021. I needed an appraisal report on short notice. The day after my request, Bert van der Krogt was at the door and after about ten days, I had my report. What great service. Thinking along and acting ! I know where to go when I need a real estate agent again!!!

04 Jul 2025Price/quality not proportional. Significantly more expensive than the average real estate agent but doesn't justify it. Regret choosing this realtor. One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.
