She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. 02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Had some problems with the new apartment, according to real estate agents it was a short circuit that would be resolved within a few hours (took much longer), had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Edit: it's now 5 months since I moved into this apartment and I still don't have a working intercom (opened a ticket in week 2)

Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. 09 Dec 2024Wat begon met een vrijblijvend gesprek, eindigde in een sneltrein. Twee weken nadat wij een vrijblijvend gesprek gehad hadden over de verkoop van ons huis, kwamen we ons nieuwe huis tegen op funda. Gelukkig stond deze ook te koop via HIER makelaars. Doordat de aankoop en de verkoop via Dennis en Johnno liepen ging dit allemaal super snel. Binnen twee maanden was alles geregeld. Mochten we ooit weer willen verhuizen zijn zij de eerste die ik bel!

09 Dec 2024Wat een reis hebben wij samen gemaakt! Als het goed is zijn we ongeveer 3 jaar bezig geweest maar niets is Dennis of Johnno te gek. Na een jaar zoeken en steeds overboden te worden hadden wij het opgegeven, ruim een jaar later namen wij weer contact op en Dennis en Johnno hadden direct tijd om de zoektocht weer te starten, met onwijs veel goed advies en het allerbelangrijkste om niet een overhaaste beslissing te nemen kan ik wel zeker zeggen dat ze er voor je zijn om te helpen en dat dit ook de drijfveer moet zijn! Zowel koop als verkoop is bij ons van grote waarde geweest dat we altijd konden bellen voor informatie, en stiekem doen we dat nu nog!
