The inspector indicated that everything was in order and gave the impression that the tenancy had ended well. No instruction was given to me to remove this scratch before the end of the month. A week after the end of my rental period, I found out that all walls were repainted at a cost of 1500 euros, which came directly from my deposit. I disagreed with this - I could have painted it myself for 20 euros - and took it to court, where I was given the right side. I got my deposit back.

We had made an offer on a house that was sold by Van Stralen. Our offer was higher and we didn't need a mortgage. Our offer was accepted by the house owners and we had already sent identity documents to draw up the purchase contract. However, at the last moment they changed their mind and opted for a lower offer, on the advice of the real estate agent. Extremely unprofessional and no reason was given, but the only logical explanation is that the lower offer came from a client of Van Stralen - which would be illegal. Please do not do business with this kind of dishonest, deceitful real estate agents.
