One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Date unknownAttempted to make an appointment for a viewing. Subsequently, an appointment was made that took 2 weeks due to the real estate agent’s lack of time. Afterwards cancelled because the owner could not. A new appointment was agreed upon and the day before the viewing it turned out that the location had been sold without any notification being given to us and apparently the owner themselves did not yet know this, as we had passed by the house and spoken with the owner themselves. Is there a sales game at play here from the real estate agent or is he/she an acquaintance of the buyer?? Shouldn't the real estate agent inform the seller of interest?? We had already heard from our old neighbors about such a 'sales technique' from this real estate agent.

We chose them (despite the fact that they are more expensive than other real estate agents) because we trusted that, as a small family business, they would provide us with a more personal and attentive service. On the other hand, they often did not take our wishes into account, there was no creativity or independent thinking, appointments were inconsistent, and they made several minor mistakes during the process due to their carelessness. Often we did not feel that they were professional or that they would do everything in their power to sell our apartment as quickly as possible. They just let it happen without putting in extra effort.

At her request, the appointment was rescheduled but it wasn't mentioned that the appointment would then be 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes. Answers to several questions also (still) not received. I understand that it is a seller's market but you still need buyers.
