For example, they give advice on how best to present your house and they also listen well to you as a client. Unfortunately, the first photoshoot was not successful and no buyers came forward either. After consultation, we concluded that the photos did not show the house properly. They personally went back for another photoshoot with the photographer. And that was bingo. They also do all the viewings for you. After the viewings, they called you neatly to tell you what the buyers thought of it. And what he thought of the buyers. After 2 bids on our house, they advised us well on what we should do. And I completely trusted them in their expertise and that we were able to sell our house with a large profit.
