Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. 28 Aug 2025In the period May – August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell the house. She reacted alertly and quickly and had already done her homework prior to the first appointment. She indicated for which price similar properties in the street had been sold before, critically but positively assessed the condition of our house and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her asking price was well-reasoned. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house were made with professional quality and placed on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest ourselves on Funda and a week later the first viewings took place. A week later, the first three bids came in and we were pleased to note that there was a good offer. The process from bid to sale was handled punctually and efficiently and overdracht (transfer) could take place in mid-August. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, punctual, focus on client’s interest, honest and friendly. On the next occasion, we will call her first.

Our realtor was a girl named Elicia, and I can only say that she was so kind, sweet, nice and helpful. Absolutely professional. Because this was our first time in the Netherlands, we had no idea how the market works here. We were used to a fast market and many viewings as quickly as possible. That is not the case here. Elicia was therefore extremely patient with us and especially with my mood at that moment 😬. She remained calm and acted well. She had to explain all government requirements, rules and regulations. 17 Aug 2025Regron carried out the valuation as part of our separation, at the request of the counterparty, who was also the client in this case. Unfortunately, this was an extremely negative experience. From the moment of entry, there was no introductory discussion or attempt to involve both owners in a respectful and equal manner. The appraiser focused solely on one party, failing to adopt any neutral stance. Throughout the entire process, communication only occurred with the counterparty, without informing or involving me as a co-owner. Even if the other party is the client, an appraiser should professionally and respectfully treat both owners – something that was completely lacking here. This created not only the impression but also the feeling that the valuation came about one-sidedly. The appraiser was clearly influenced by the counterparty, which resulted in an unnecessarily high valuation that needlessly complicates the buyout process. In a separation, a neutral, objective and careful approach is essential. Especially in such sensitive situations, an appraiser must act professionally, take into account emotions and tensions, and treat both parties equally. This was completely absent in this case. My experience is that Regron’s attitude makes it totally unsuitable for carrying out valuations in divorce situations.

After several conversations with various purchasing brokers - Ferdinand helped us with satisfaction, in buying our first owner-occupied home. Pleasant, no nonsense, easily accessible and transparent is how we would describe the collaboration. Ferdinand is someone who tells it as it is, gives you the space to make your own choices and thinks along where necessary. You notice during the viewings that there is a lot of experience and knowledge. In addition, we also had a pleasant experience with Sandra who mostly took on the administrative tasks.
