Regular contact along the way via WhatsApp, phone and through the online platform. No 9-5 mentality, WhatsApp group with internal staff and brokers, moving van for a day upon selling the house - nice plus points!

29 Sep 2024Through this broker, a property was purchased. Contact was polite and friendly; the young lady in question doesn't have much experience yet, but that wasn't really disturbing. What is a shame is that when you ask if the advertisement of the property can be removed from Funda after signing the purchase contract, a resounding yes is given. But after signing, you are told by the owner of the brokerage firm that this is not possible because it cannot be done with Funda, it's technically impossible. Upon inquiry with Funda, it turns out that this is no problem at all. This broker simply doesn't want to cooperate and therefore claims things that aren't true. Very disappointing! So be careful when making agreements; these are not always kept!

Well-informed, knowledgeable about innovative developments, coupled with evolving insight regarding societal changes and consequently the consequences for a client. From that perspective, they introduce us each year to the substantive quality of insurance companies in order to arrive at a suitable choice for us. ARAG legal assistance and Nationale Nederlanden have been part of our insurance package for years. Insurances that do what they are supposed to do, namely providing legal assistance and offering help in all insured areas within their package. Customer-focused, good structure and clear language use. But above all, expert and goal-oriented in their pursuit of fairness.
