Without any warning, a private appointment was turned into something like an open house with multiple interested parties. When I pointed this out, Rob reacted in a rather arrogant manner and shifted the entire responsibility onto me. I would also advise others not to do business with him, purely because of this lack of professionalism and openness.

Subsequently, he collaborated with a BUYING party AND also had attachments placed on all assets. The judge ruled in his favor and the attachment had to be lifted. Justice! Bart comes to your home and takes time to go through everything and give advice! Again a face when you have something, a phone number that he calls or calls back. 30 Oct 2025Yesterday I had a viewing in Schiedam. After the reaction, I called directly. Because I couldn't get free from work, I was panicking that there would be no other moment. This was the case too but the receptionist guided me well in this! Someone else could come and I had the chance to come via facetime. Also, the lady who did the viewing explained everything very well down to the details. Unfortunately, the house was on the expensive side for me but still I had a top experience from A to Z! 19 Sep 2025In the period May – August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell the house. She reacted alertly and quickly and had already done her homework prior to the first appointment. She indicated for which price similar properties in the street had been sold before, critically but positively assessed the condition of our house and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her asking price was well-reasoned. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house were made with professional quality and placed on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest ourselves on Funda and a week later the first viewings took place. A week later, the first three bids came in and we were pleased to note that there was a good offer. The process from bid to sale was handled punctually and efficiently and overdracht (transfer) could take place in mid-August. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, punctual, focus on client’s interest, honest and friendly. On the next occasion, we will call her first.

Her service ultimately has an excellent price/quality ratio, partly because she provides interior styling advice in addition to the usual real estate agent services, can place furniture and decorative items for better presentation, and also takes the photos for the website. I can absolutely recommend her!

Luckily, we found our house at the second house we viewed. The bidding process was new to us but that wasn't a problem. Henriëtte was able to tell us all the tips and tricks to ensure that we got the house. After we had placed the winning bid on the house, Henriëtte guided us through the entire purchase process. For all questions, she was ready. I would not hesitate to hire her again to buy a house.
