She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. 02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Had some problems with the new apartment, according to real estate agents it was a short circuit that would be resolved within a few hours (took much longer), had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Edit: it's now 5 months since I moved into this apartment and I still don't have a working intercom (opened a ticket in week 2)

12 Jan 2025The first contact with Ferenc from Obèr Real Estate dates back 12 years when he helped us out of a tight spot with an urgent appraisal. Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was almost always: 'Don't worry, I'll take care of it!'. 09 Dec 2024What started as an informal conversation ended up being a whirlwind. Two weeks after we had an informal conversation about selling our house, we found our new home on funda. Luckily, it was also for sale through HIER real estate agents. Because the purchase and sale were handled by Dennis and Johnno, everything went incredibly fast. Within two months, everything was settled. If we ever want to move again, they are the first people I will call!

09 Dec 2024What a journey we have made together! If all goes well, we've been at it for about 3 years but nothing is too much for Dennis or Johnno. After a year of searching and constantly being outbid, we had given up, more than a year later we contacted them again and Dennis and Johnno immediately had time to start the search again, with incredibly good advice and most importantly not to make a hasty decision I can certainly say that they are there to help and that this should also be the driving force! Both buying and selling have been of great value to us that we could always call for information, and secretly we still do that now! Top people and once again incredibly thanks for all the conversations and advice!
