In een markt waarin er een tekort aan woningen is, vroeg ik mij af wat de meerwaarde van een makelaar is. Los van de goede service merkte ik de toegevoegde waarde al snel in het feit dat ik volledig werd ontzorgd. Niet dat ik het verwacht maar bij cruciale momenten geldt bij Hier Makelaars geen 9-5 mentaliteit en dat is op dat soort momenten heel fijn. Tot slot lag bij mij de toegevoegde waarde in het uitvoeren van financiële analyses om tot de meest geschikte koper te kunnen komen. Ik ben erg blij met het hele proces, de begeleiding en het resultaat. Mocht je dus een makelaar zoeken met een no-nonsense aanpak en één die dienstbaar handelt dan raad ik Hier Makelaars zeker aan.

Ik zou nooit mijn woning laten verkopen door Hier Makelaars. Wij hadden een afspraak voor een bezichtiging op de Muy 313. We hebben een aantal keer aangebeld en tien minuten voor de deur gewacht. Zij hadden ons duidelijk gezien, maar negeerde ons totaal. Wij hadden nog een andere bezichtiging staan en besloten daarop maar te gaan. Heel jammer leek ons een leuke woning, maar omdat we uiterlijk deze week een knoop willen doorhakken en door moesten hebben we besloten de woning aan ons voorbij laten gaan. Slecht makelaars werk.

Op het moment dat u aanbelde was ik dus in de veronderstelling dat u de volgende kijker zou zijn, echter was de volgende geagendeerde bezichtingsafspraak pas een kwartier later ingepland. In mijn beleving was u dus 15 minuten te vroeg bij de woning. Daarom gebaarde ik u, dat ik na de bezichtiging open zou doen voor u. Wat mij echter bevreemd is dat uw gegevens niet in onze agenda voor komen, wellicht heeft u onder een andere naam de afspraak ingepland? Ik heb bovendien volgens mijn agenda geen 'now shows' gehad. Ik kan dit misverstand alleen oplossen als ik samen met u kan onderzoeken waar dit mis is gegaan, om voor u en voor ons deze situatie een volgende keer te voorkomen. Contact wordt dus gewaardeerd! What a journey we have made together! If all goes well, we've been at it for about 3 years but nothing is too much for Dennis or Johnno. After a year of searching and constantly being outbid, we had given up, more than a year later we contacted them again and Dennis and Johnno immediately had time to start the search again, with incredibly good advice and most importantly not to make a hasty decision I can certainly say that they are there to help and that this should also be the driving force!
