We worked with Michiel Trossel of Hoekstra and Van Eck for the sale of our house in Hoofddorp. Two major anecdotal plus points: Michiel >took care of< things really. 'Don't worry, we'll take care of everything' - and that’s exactly what happened. Furthermore: at one point Michiel could have closed the deal and walked away with his commission, we would never have known, but he chose to try again. He truly looks after your interests, even if you don’t realize it yourself. Two small areas for improvement are: communicating more sharply, and doing things that you say you'll do, even small things. All in all very satisfied. Suitable for repetition.
