Waar veel makelaars nu kiezen voor een scherpe prijsstelling met als gevolg minstens 20 bezichtigingen. Dat betekent dat je telkens je huis op orde moet hebben en dus ook iedere keer je huis uit moet. Veel belangstelling levert uiteindelijk de gewenste vraagprijs op maar het geeft veel onrust. Nick vheeft veel mensen in zijn portefeuille en pikte daar de juiste uit en die koper wist dat hij met een top prijs zou moeten komen want de markt optrommelen had altijd nog gekund. Met weinig rumoer en gedoe heb ik de hoofdprijs gekregen. Daar ben ik ontzettend blij mee.

Het hele team is betrokken, vakkundig en fijne communicatie. Afspraken worden nagekomen en ook de bereikbaarheid is heel goed. Voor zowel aan- als verkoop zeer aan te bevelen!
