Een rare nasmaak van gehad en gehouden. De (potentiële) kopers van ons huis hadden destijds geen vertegenwoordiging van een aankoopmakelaar. Dat deden ze zelf. Tijdens de verkoop van ons huis is onze makelaar bij hen thuis in gesprek gegaan. Om te kijken naar hun financiële mogelijkheden voor het eventueel kunnen kopen van ons huis. Daarna kwamen de onderhandelingen. Ook hebben deze zelfde kopers hun huis via dit makelaarskantoor laten verkopen zag ik. En ik had het gevoel dat onze makelaar tijdens de oplevering van ons huis meer keek naar de belangen van de kopers dan naar onze belangen. Vond de afsluiting niet netjes. ⤵️ 18-02-2026 - Naar aanleiding van uw reactie: Ik heb geen gemiste oproepen herkend als afkomstig van uw kantoor. U beschikte daarnaast over mijn e-mailadres en mijn mobiele nummer; er is destijds geen e-mail, sms of WhatsApp-bericht gestuurd met het verzoek om terug te bellen. Mijn review gaat over hoe ik de afronding van de verkoop heb ervaren. Dat gevoel is destijds niet serieus genomen en uw huidige reactie bevestigt voor mij helaas dat dit nog steeds zo voelt. Na 2,5 jaar heb ik geen behoefte meer aan telefonisch contact.
