Geen goede ervaring. De bezichtigingsdag was een chaos omdat er te veel mensen tegelijk waren gepland. Dit schrikt serieuze bieders eerder af dan dat het uitnodigt. Ook de communicatie met Sophie was moeizaam en onprofessioneel; ze kon geen vragen beantwoorden en verwees alleen naar de documenten. Erg teleurstellend.

Naar aanleiding van uw bericht heb ik dit intern nagevraagd bij de twee makelaars die die dag aanwezig waren. Wij hebben toen een open huis georganiseerd waarbij telkens vier geïnteresseerden per half uur de woning bezichtigden, onder begeleiding van twee makelaars. Dit betekent dat iedere makelaar zijn aandacht verdeelde over twee kijkers. Deze werkwijze passen wij vaker toe bij woningen met veel belangstelling (in dit geval meer dan 50 aanvragen), omdat wij het belangrijk vinden om iedereen de kans te geven de woning te bezichtigen. Waar soms in de markt wordt gekozen om een selectie te maken en slechts een beperkt aantal kijkers toe te laten, kiezen wij er bewust voor om niemand uit te sluiten. In dat geval werken wij met gezamenlijke bezichtigingen. Wat ik niet goed kan plaatsen, is uw opmerking over Sophie. Sophie is inderdaad een medewerkster van ons kantoor, maar zij is werkzaam op onze vestiging in Rotterdam en voert geen bezichtigingen uit in Zoetermeer. De woning die u heeft bezichtigd bevindt zich in Zoetermeer. Daarom wil ik aangeven dat het vervelend is dat haar iets wordt verweten, terwijl zij niet bij deze bezichtiging betrokken is geweest. U geeft daarnaast aan dat er geen vragen beantwoord konden worden en dat er werd verwezen naar documenten. Daar zou ik graag iets meer context bij willen ontvangen, omdat ik op basis van uw review niet kan achterhalen om welke vragen het ging. In sommige gevallen, zoals bijvoorbeeld vragen over roerende zaken (zoals gordijnen of luxaflex), verwijzen wij bewust naar de lijst van zaken om eenduidige en correcte informatie te geven. Het kan echter ook zijn dat uw vraag van een andere aard was. Ik heb geprobeerd telefonisch contact met u op te nemen, maar kreeg u helaas niet te pakken. Tijdens een bezichtiging op 23 mei 2025 is door een makelaar van dit kantoor schade ontstaan aan de meterkastdeur van mijn woning, waardoor deze niet meer afsluitbaar was. Ter plekke werd aangegeven dat dit niet de bedoeling was en dat het via de verzekering geregeld zou worden. In de maanden daarna heb ik meerdere keren contact gezocht met de verkoopmakelaar. De indruk die daarbij ontstond, was dat de kwestie niet serieus werd genomen en op een nonchalante manier werd behandeld. Concrete acties, herstel of duidelijke terugkoppeling bleven uit. Ook na het sturen van een formele ingebrekestelling en een herinnering vlak voor het verstrijken van de termijn, heb ik geen inhoudelijke reactie ontvangen. Hierdoor bleef de situatie onopgelost en duurde het probleem onnodig lang voort. Wat mij vooral heeft teleurgesteld, is het ontbreken van duidelijke communicatie en opvolging nadat er schade was veroorzaakt.
