Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met deze makelaar. Er worden maximale verhogingen doorgevoerd zonder duidelijke onderbouwing. Daarnaast proberen ze schadekosten te verhalen die al aanwezig waren bij aanvang. Voelt onredelijk en niet transparant. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Are you looking for a home, then think carefully about this broker! Last week we placed a bid on a property. We quickly heard that the offer was accepted and everything would be arranged. We were happy and relieved with the news. The next day we were called to say that another offer had been received. While the bidding period was closed, the broker still acted upon it. Nothing remains of the celebration. We are extremely disappointed and no longer trust this broker at all. In the future, we will also approach other parties. We will never work together with this broker again. This is not how you treat each other!

Our house had to be assessed for the mortgage. Several unofficial appraisals came up with amounts between € 800,000 and € 950,000. I deeply regret letting my bank advise me on this company. This realtor claims to be a good appraiser because he is himself an instructor. The municipality of Zoetermeer was even trained by him. The value judgment of De Drie Kastelen came out at € 690,000 (without deferred maintenance). While very recently the house to the left of our house (semi-detached) was sold for over € 800,000 and directly to the right next to us for € 800,000. Every argument or appraisal report about the two neighboring houses that were presented were dismissed as not comparable. Two houses in a completely different location were the standard for this appraiser, because he himself had appraised them. Even the WOZ assessment is now € 55,000 higher than the assessment. As a result, the mortgage became more expensive for me than it would have been with a realistic value determination. Selling your house through this realtor is throwing money away, because the asking price is set much too low, which means that the future buyer is the laughing third party. Zeer onprofessioneel. Ik vond een huis dat ze te koop aanboden mooi en de makelaars hadden het over gelijkheid en dat iedereen een gelijke kans zou krijgen om te bieden. Daarom hadden ze een deadline gesteld zodat iedereen een kans op het huis zou hebben. Vandaag kreeg ik een e-mail waarin stond dat het huis verkocht was zonder anderen de kans te geven om te bieden, terwijl er nog 4 dagen over waren tot de deadline. Een zeer slechte en oneerlijke makelaar.

Hello, I'm not so satisfied where I live. The apartment in Hengelo is a mess; the lift downstairs isn't working, the toilet leaks, and I have to call too much. They say I’ll get a new toilet, but it hasn't arrived yet. But overall, the apartment itself is okay; the service definitely could be better.

I've been doing business with De Drie Kastelen for years. As selling broker, buying broker and mortgage advisor. Truly a top company. They have both feet on the ground and take plenty of time for you.

Bad realtor, give bad advice. When there are defects in the house, they act as if they don't know anything about it. Don't do business with these realtors. I hope they close their doors soon.

In 2011 I rented a business space in Delft which was owned by Mr. Sr. Heidenreich. I can honestly say that I have had enormously bad experiences with this and it cost me an enormous amount of money. All sorts of agreements regarding adjustments to street elevations and further verbally agreed rent reductions were never implemented in practice. If I were to choose again to buy or rent a business or home here, I would walk right past it and never do business with these people!! Again, this is my own bitter experience afterwards with DE DRIE KASTELEN Makelaardij en Beleggingen.

Properties in the window display are not up to date.... You see what's hanging and turns out to be nowhere to be found on the internet. It appears: already almost 2 months!!! sold. With the other reviews from here, we quickly walked past. Not really professional, a real estate agent with an old housing stock.
