Onze ervaring met Van Dullink NVM Makelaar, en in het bijzonder met Floris Roessen, was helaas erg teleurstellend. Tijdens de bezichtiging kwam hij ongeïnteresseerd over en wist hij vrijwel niets te vertellen over de woning. Het voelde alsof hij zich totaal niet had voorbereid. Daarnaast zat hij continu op zijn telefoon, wat een erg onprofessionele indruk gaf. Het leek alsof het hem allemaal weinig kon schelen en dat het vooral ging om snel en makkelijk zijn geld verdienen. Ook in de communicatie liet hij veel steken vallen. Afspraken werden niet nagekomen, mails bleven onbeantwoord en hij was via het kantoor slecht bereikbaar. Wanneer je belde, kreeg je vaak te horen dat hij “net even in gesprek” was, maar terugbellen gebeurde vervolgens niet. Daarnaast kwam hij structureel te laat, meestal zo’n vijf minuten, wat het gevoel van desinteresse alleen maar versterkte. Verder hebben we ook contact gehad met een collega, Zoë, die ons meerdere keren telefonisch klantonvriendelijk te woord stond en totaal niet bereid leek om moeite voor ons te doen. Het geheel gaf ons sterk het gevoel dat dit een makelaarskantoor is dat ervan uitgaat dat de klanten toch wel komen, en zich daardoor minder hoeft in te spannen of service te verlenen. Al met al geen prettige ervaring en zeker geen makelaar die ik zou aanbevelen.
