Ik kan VandeVijver Makelaardij niet genoeg aanbevelen. We hadden eerst een andere makelaar ingeschakeld, maar na 6 maanden bleek dat de verkoop niet goed vorderde. We besloten daarom van Makelaar te wisselen en kozen voor VandeVijver omdat zij het huis ernaast snel hadden verkocht. Zodra Joe en zijn team erbij betrokken waren, hadden we al snel een bod en zij begeleidden ons door alle stappen die nodig waren om de deal met de koper af te ronden.

At the time, Van de Vijver real estate agent was the agent of the person from whom I had taken over my apartment. This went smoothly back then, so it was rehired, partly because they are familiar with the property. This helped, a good price was set, nice photos were made despite the annoying weather that day and also everything has gone well so far in the process. The agent negotiated well with the buyers and we ultimately ended up with a good offer.

This realtor is quite sloppy and doesn't communicate well. This is both my opinion (as owner and seller) as well as that of the buyer of my apartment. The tenants who were still living in the apartment at the time were also poorly informed. During the final inspection, the realtor didn't have the keys; he only realized this the night before. It was just badly arranged and he tried to put the responsibility on me afterwards. A realtor should simply arrange things properly. Not so sloppy. Overall, not a realtor I would highly recommend.

Wat tevens geldt voor de woning aan de Bergselaan. Wellicht dat de communicatie voor de woning aan de Bergselaan is ervaren als stroef, omdat de woning verhuurd werd tijdens het moment van de verkoop. Dit maakt het anderzijds voor ons als makelaar soms ook lastig schakelen. Wij hebben naar ons weten een juiste service verleend om in de avond nog een makelaar naar Amsterdam te laten rijden om de sleutel op te halen, om alles voor de overdracht alsnog te regelen. Mocht je hier verder over in gesprek willen gaan, dan staan we hier zeker voor open!

Unreliable, same experience as “Ward Groen”. During the purchase, this realtor stated that the lead pipes would not be used and would already have been removed. However, this turned out to be untrue. Neighbors above wouldn't be heard…. This also turned out to be untrue, resulting in enormous cracks in my ceiling. In short, sells untruths.

Wij geven nooit aan dat er géén loden leidingen aanwezig zijn omdat het over een jaren '30 woning gaat en de standleiding in de muur verdwijnt en het niet bekend is of dat die verwijderd is in het verleden. Of de buren te horen zijn is afhankelijk van de informatie die ons verstrekt wordt door de eigenaar, die in dit geval specifiek aangegeven heeft dat dit niet het geval was. Ook is er een bouwkundige keuring uitgevoerd als onderdeel van de koop. Eventuele technische gebreken, zoals de aanwezigheid van loden leidingen of geluidsdoorgang, behoren daarbij aan het licht te komen.

Ik was op zoek naar een huis in de Gravin Adélastraat, en blijkbaar ligt dat in Erpacht. Ik zag een huis dat door deze makelaar was geadverteerd en heb ze gebeld voordat ik ging kijken om te controleren of ze zeker wisten dat dit huis niet in Erpacht lag. Ze zeiden van niet. We bought an apartment in Rotterdam at the end of last year. We are happy with the apartment, but we did have to dig deep at the time to place a high bid for the apartment because, according to the vandeVijver realtor, it would only be a formality to add a roof terrace. They indicated that the previous residents had reached a personal agreement with the rest of the VvE, but ultimately didn't carry out the plan. Since a nice outdoor space was a hard requirement for us, we decided to go all in on this apartment. After the purchase, it turned out that the sales pitch was just an old wives' tale. The previous residents did indeed submit an application to the VvE, but this appears to have been rejected. Quite annoying to find out when we submitted our application for the roof terrace. You can imagine that we feel somewhat misled. So not a pleasant experience.

Good experience with Joe and his team. Had a clear strategy. When the market changed, he was flexible to adjust the strategy somewhat. Furthermore, the team works well together and the buying lead came through an introduction of the property during another visit by one of the team members.
