Een jaar eerder grepen we naast een huis dat we heel graag wilden, maar Jim wees ons erop dat het opnieuw op de markt kwam en nu was het wel raak! Jim hielp ons het juiste bod te doen; het was precies genoeg, zonder onnodig veel te overbieden. Daarna heeft Jim ons oude huis verkocht. Dat verliep heel soepel. Hij had voor de advertentie goed geluisterd en gezien wat de woning zo prettig maakt. Binnen een uur na de plaatsing op Funda stonden er al veel afspraken ingepland en het regende ook (over)biedingen. Daardoor konden we het huis goed verkopen aan leuke kopers! After taking some time off today for a viewing in the prestigious building 'De Rotterdam', we were eventually sent upstairs by the doorman with 5 other couples at the same time after waiting for a while. The realtor hadn't informed us that it would be a kind of open house, and the doorman also didn't know how to handle the situation. Once arrived at the property, the realtor said 'take a look around' and walked away. Given that the house was already quite full, we left immediately. We don't consider this a normal course of events. We will search for a home elsewhere.

Ooms real estate sold me an apartment with defects without discussing them beforehand. The sale was carried out on behalf of Havensteder. Afterwards, it turns out the apartment has subsidence in the sewage system, a huge stench from the toilet and leaks near the windows. Great business practice like that. It only brings misery.

My daughter and son-in-law have their house for sale with Ooms. Their real estate agent is a trainee agent. This trainee agent doesn't communicate at all. After 1 week, it already seemed wise to her to drastically lower the price. When my daughter asks how much interest there is, she receives no answer. The agent has created a group app but also there she does not respond when questions are asked. I get the impression that we, as sellers, are being saddled with an inexperienced girl who doesn't understand anything about it. Probably this property is too cheap for Ooms. The price was €215,000 and now stands at €199,500. The last time there was contact was weeks ago. I have had good experiences with Ooms in the past but what is happening now really can't be tolerated. A small client is also a client.

We saw an advertisement that we were interested in. We contact this broker, who tells us that there is already a party they are dealing with and that we should call back in two weeks. We call back in two weeks, a callback request is noted, which receives no response. We call again days later, and what is said? Well that we shouldn't call, that they didn't say something like that, very rude and impudent and unprofessional. I will never want to deal with this broker again!

Not responding to emails. Too bad. 3-7: what I find so unfortunate and striking, Ooms real estate agents. I leave a review and suddenly I receive a message here as well as a response via email…. 5-7: I received a message that the placed bid is not even discussed with the seller.

Rogier immediately gave me very good advice, thought along with what I wanted to achieve and asked his colleagues from other departments to make it happen for me. Besides being an agent who keeps his word and gets things done, Rogier is also empathetic and friendly! I have already introduced him to friends several times and will continue to do so. Via via I ended up at Ooms. Had the floor inspected by realtor Mark and that was a good experience. Still, I wouldn't choose Ooms again. In my opinion, it’s too large, impersonal, and sloppy organization for the following reasons: you always get someone else on the phone, emails are not answered within two working days, emails are sent twice, errors in the Funda advertisement, errors in the purchase agreement, a few hours before the planned viewing I was called that Ooms didn't have the keys to the property yet and if the suspensive conditions have expired you have to find out yourself how or what. In addition, we were not always kept directly informed of certain developments. An organization consists of more than just a realtor. As mentioned earlier, contact with the realtor was good, but everything around it wasn't. I think there are offices with a better price/quality ratio and for that reason 3 stars. Ultimately reduced to 1 star. Documents from the notary are not reviewed as promised. In any case, I am still waiting for feedback. Never again Ooms for me.

We belden om meer informatie over het appartement te vragen voordat we een bezichtiging inplanden. Ze hadden de informatie niet en zeiden dat we die tijdens de bezichtiging aan de makelaar moesten vragen. We gingen erheen, maar ze konden bijna geen van onze vragen beantwoorden (extra kosten, muizenproblemen, reparaties, enz.). Bovendien was de makelaar niet vriendelijk en leek ze geen zin te hebben om haar werk te doen. Helaas was het een tijdverspilling.

I would definitely recommend this realtor. It almost sounds like a sales pitch, but I really can't think of anything Jasper and the rest of the sales team from Ooms Makelaars could have done better. The communication is very good and accessible. The information provision is good and Ooms Makelaars thinks along exceptionally well and doesn’t hesitate to help extra when something doesn’t go completely smoothly from the sellers' side (being stuck abroad due to Covid-19 in my case). I am enormously satisfied.

Very bad experience with Ooms Makelaars. Promises made during the initial meeting were not kept and halfway through the sales process, the sale of my house was handed over to an intern. In addition, there were errors in the Funda advertisement and a complete lack of communication, and all of this for a very high commission. Do not enter into business with this real estate agent!
