My experience was extremely negative. There are serious defects in the rented property that were completely ignored. Fortunately, the rental committee in the Netherlands offers protection, allowing me to recover a large portion of my rent. In addition, getting my deposit back proved to be a nightmare: there was lying and I felt misled. The way I was treated borders on fraud. I especially want to mention Willem Hoos as an extremely unreliable person. My advice: stay away from this real estate agency, even if you are desperately looking for a home.

Koop het appartement aan Mayor Patijnlaan 1930-A niet. Om te beginnen is het geen appartement, maar een studio. De enige slaapkamer ligt aan deze chaotische doorgaande weg; de verkeerslichten schijnen letterlijk je kamer in als je de gordijnen niet dicht houdt. Het hele elektriciteitsnet is beschadigd. Er waren dagen dat ik helemaal geen stroom had, dus geen wifi en geen verwarming. Elke deur die in het gebouw dichtslaat, hoor je hard dichtslaan, vooral de voordeur. Je balkon kijkt uit op de patio van een huis erachter. Na alle schade die ik daar heb geleden, is mijn borg, zo'n 2000 euro, niet terugbetaald. Echt, neem het niet.

Very bad experience with a real estate agent from this office. I lived in a mixed apartment in The Hague. Before the contract, I had to pay 120 euros that had to be transferred to a private account. Another boy who came to live in this house had to pay 150 euros and after he reacted indignantly about it, he suddenly only had to pay 100 euros. Incidentally, I never received a receipt. Now I have already moved out for half a year and I am still waiting for my deposit. According to the real estate agent, I should arrange it myself, while I don't know the new residents. My advice: stay away from here, because what happened here is not clean.
