My experience was extremely negative. There are serious defects in the rented property that were completely ignored. Fortunately, the rental committee in the Netherlands offers protection, allowing me to recover a large portion of my rent. In addition, getting my deposit back proved to be a nightmare: there was lying and I felt misled. The way I was treated borders on fraud. I especially want to mention Willem Hoos as an extremely unreliable person. My advice: stay away from this real estate agency, even if you are desperately looking for a home.

Do not buy the apartment at Burgemeester Patijnlaan 1930-A. To begin with: it is not an apartment, but a studio. The only bedroom is located on this chaotic main road; the traffic lights literally come into your room if you do not keep the curtains closed. The entire electrical network is at risk. There were days when I had no electricity, which meant that I had neither wifi nor heating. Every door in the building that slams shut loudly is audible, especially the main entrance door. Your balcony overlooks the private patio of a house behind it. After all the damage I had sustained there, I did not get my security deposit back, which was approximately 2000 euros. Seriously, do not take that.

Very bad experience with a real estate agent from this office. I lived in a mixed apartment in The Hague. Before the contract, I had to pay 120 euros that had to be transferred to a private account. Another boy who came to live in this house had to pay 150 euros and after he reacted indignantly about it, he suddenly only had to pay 100 euros. Incidentally, I never received a receipt. Now I have already moved out for half a year and I am still waiting for my deposit. According to the real estate agent, I should arrange it myself, while I don't know the new residents. My advice: stay away from here, because what happened here is not clean.
