Wij hebben via deze makelaar een bedrijfspand aangekocht in Almere (een nieuw bouwproject) , maar helaas is onze ervaring zeer teleurstellend verlopen. Het pand zou volgens afspraak in december 2025 worden opgeleverd. Inmiddels is het februari en is het werk nog steeds niet volledig afgerond. Daarnaast heeft er geen correcte en volledige oplevering plaatsgevonden. Wat wij extra zorgelijk vinden, is dat de parkeerplaatsen pas in oktober 2026 worden opgeleverd. Dit is nooit duidelijk gecommuniceerd en staat ook niet vermeld in de koopovereenkomst. Dit soort essentiële informatie mag je als koper wél verwachten. Tot overmaat van ramp is onze contactpersoon inmiddels niet meer bereikbaar, wat de communicatie en afhandeling nog lastiger maakt. Ons advies aan anderen: wees extra voorzichtig wanneer je met deze makelaar in zee gaat, zeker bij nieuwbouwprojecten. Er worden veel beloftes gedaan, maar in de praktijk wordt daar weinig van waargemaakt. Zorg dat alle afspraken zwart op wit staan en laat je goed juridisch adviseren

Very poor (no) communication from Mr. Peter deJoode. The tenant of my apartment is interested in purchasing the property. Gouwestad was recommended by a family member. However, no responses to emails, and it seems almost like they don't want to sell. I myself live in the US and know that there are 'higher customer service standards'. But Gouwestad doesn't know the mountain at all.

Extremely unprofessional behavior, not even politely responding to a serious offer. When I subsequently called them, they acted as if they had ‘forgotten’.

Purchased a property through this brokerage (real estate agent Wim Molenaar). Experienced everything from A to Z as very pleasant. In these difficult times for buyers (2021), we came across several different real estate agents where we always felt rushed during a viewing or pressured to quickly make a high bid. That was not the case with Wim at all. The communication, via email and telephone, always proceeded clearly and smoothly. As the 2nd (!) and 24th photo of a house, they took photos of my parent's garden as if it were public land. That is very unprofessional. With a photo, you should be able to assume that it belongs to the house/lot being sold. They don't respond to our email. So you don't know that what you see is also what you are buying.
