Boer Real Estate also created an unpleasant atmosphere between the buyers and sellers by not communicating clearly and providing incorrect information. Unfortunately, giving 0 stars was not an option, otherwise I certainly would have done so. When buying my first home, Boer Makelaardij was the selling party, unfortunately. Not only did they give answers to questions I had, which were untrue. But after this resulted in me having to return the keys again after completion, at the request of my notary. No apologies or flowers or kind words could be offered. Boer Makelaardij even tried to blame my purchasing agent for this, while it is described differently in the purchase agreement! The purchase agreement apparently has little value for them, just like customer friendliness. That's what I realized after this unpleasant experience, which should have been a very festive moment, buying my own home, was so horribly ruined by Boer Makelaardij! Even months later, after all my plants had been removed by the municipality, I experienced this again and no kind words or apology could be offered. Boer, on the other hand, contacted my purchasing agent to ask me to leave them alone, so they could easily get rid of it, of course. After all, it was stated in the purchase agreement that these plants were my property and I had also paid for them. I would never recommend Boer Makelaardij! Shameful how they act and treat people.
