Very bad experience with De Koning real estate agent, at the end of last year we made an offer on a property for which our bid was accepted, subsequently because of defects in the house we raised this issue. However, we were told that this was the “market” and that we were therefore unlucky. After some doubts, we still really wanted the house and accepted the defects. In response to this, we received feedback that the real estate agent doubted selling the property to us after all. Viewing scheduled, real estate agent did not show up. In short, money is top priority and unfortunately not the customer.

I had almost all the real estate agents from Gouda come by for my house. I felt a bit better with De Koning because I'm not 1 of 100 there. They present themselves distinctively with those personal videos and were able to quickly trace a number of potential buyers. Sharp and honest advice from Hanneke and Gérard, whom I could also reach on Saturday. In negotiation, they got the maximum out of it, in my opinion. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
