Wij hebben Angela ingeschakeld voor de taxatie van onze nieuwe koopwoning. Vanaf het eerste contact kregen wij al een goed gevoel. De afspraak was snel ingepland en binnen een paar dagen hadden wij onze taxatie al binnen. Vriendelijke en duidelijke communicatie. Wij zouden haar zeker aanraden voor een taxatie.

Mevrouw van de Wiel is een hele bekwame taxateur. Zij doet onverstoorbaar haar rondje door het huis, maar het is nooit ongemakkelijk, omdat zij zeer benaderbaar is. Zij heeft overduidelijk kennis van zaken en na een paar werkdagen heb je een mooi taxatierapport in handen. Ik kan haar zeker aanbevelen.

2 weeks ago I contacted them for an appraisal of my current home in Gouda. Due to the size of the property, several outbuildings, a guest house and approximately the entire spectrum of energy-saving measures, this was no ordinary appraisal. This was no problem at all; Angela took all the time to calmly review everything and answer questions. After the conversation, Angela called back briefly to check a small detail. I received the NWWI report very quickly via email despite its size. All in all, highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled appraiser in the region. Keep up the good work!

To obtain an additional mortgage, I had to have my house appraised. My mortgage advisor then contacted excellent appraisals. Angela contacted me the same week regarding the appraisal and was able to come by. For the appraisal, she looked extensively and we discussed a list of questions together. I received the outcome of the appraisal after the weekend, which was great because it allowed my mortgage advisor to quickly submit the application before his vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the increase in value of the house, and if we sell in the future, we will definitely have an appraisal done again by Excellent appraisals.

For a second mortgage, have the appraisal carried out by Excellent Taxaties. On the day of the appraisal, also receive the appraisal report which testifies to incredibly fast service. A very detailed and clearly presented report including all points discussed during the visit. The end result is a fair appraised value allowing me to make all the desired adjustments to and around my home. I found the personal approach of Mrs. Van de Wiel to be very pleasant, relaxed, friendly and at the same time professional. I can therefore absolutely recommend Excellent Taxaties!

Mrs. van der Wiel (you may call her Angela), recently appraised our home. She is very professional and also showed loving, but professional involvement.
