I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Ultimately, our house was sold well above the expected price. After this successful sales process, I started looking for a new apartment. This proved to be anything but successful, as the housing market is truly a battlefield. After many rejections, I decided to involve Robert again, but now as a purchasing agent. Must admit that I have always been a staunch opponent of purchasing agents, but I should have done this much earlier. His help, input, and expertise partly ensured that I was able to acquire an apartment in no time.

They are always reachable and took care of me during the sales process. I didn't give them a 10, perfectionism doesn't exist and isn't human or desirable. 06 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

She explained how Houtman & de Vogel works and what we could expect. Even when it took a bit longer (5 months), she remained positive and fought until the end to get the maximum out of it for us. Super friendly and clear communication throughout the entire process, even responding on free days/hours if necessary. Eveline and the team provided excellent service and I will definitely recommend them. For the move, I was even able to borrow a van for free. Thanks so much, Eveline and the rest of the team!
