17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

No response so far. I really don't know what to think!? Update: After the phone call. Apparently there is a problem with the functionality of their website, hence no response. By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Kindly informing but not pushing for a sale. When I put my house up for sale, he only reinforced this image. Robert is accessible as an agent to both the buyer and his client, has clear communication and keeps his appointments. Blauw is a small office with Robert, Vincent and Floris with an excellent reputation in Gouda and surrounding areas. You are always approached personally and realistic expectations are made and realized. During the sales process I received clear and good advice and actively thought with me about how we could sell the house as well as possible. I also liked working with a fixed price, as Robert explained it himself; if there is an offer significantly above the asking price in this crazy market, that does not mean that an agent has done better or more work, it's strange to ask for a higher compensation for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Blauw Makelaars as a local, expert and customer-friendly real estate agency.

Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

The service I received was downright bad. Eva showed absolutely no interest in us, she responded days later to our messages and emails. During our home purchasing process, they didn't help us in any way whatsoever. Moreover, they ask a price that is well above market value, and this price is absolutely not worth it. We decided not to continue working with them. Still, they asked for a total of 750 euros for their services. That was really wasted money. I absolutely do not recommend Viavesta. There are many better alternatives in the Gouda area. They say that they allow you to view three houses for free, but are never available. My experience was downright bad. I would not recommend it to anyone. Edit: Shortly after I stopped working with them - I bought the 2nd house I had bid on.
