Voor de tweede keer ons huis gekocht en verkocht met den Boer makelaardij als aan- en verkoopmakelaar en beide keren is het super soepel verlopen. Ze hebben alle aandacht voor je als klant, regelen alles van A-Z voor je en zijn heel erg goed bereikbaar wat ik zelf erg prettig vind. Uiterst onbetrouwbare makelaar! Deze makelaar trad op als verkoop makelaar voor een naburig bedrijfspand. Ik wilde in gesprek om een klein stukje van het grote perceel te kunnen kopen. De vertegenwoordiger van de makelaar zou dit aan de verkoper voorleggen. Ik had de hoofdprijs willen geven dus mijn voorstel was interessant voor de verkoper. Toen ik maar niets hoorde heb ik de oude eigenaar direct gebeld. Deze had echter nooit de vraag gekregen over de verkoop van dit smalle strookje. Terwijl dit voor dit bedrijf goed bespreekbaar was. In de tussentijd was de verkoop van het pand aan een projectontwikkelaar wel doorgezet. Deze makelaar heeft mijn verzoek dus moedwillig niet meegenomen en mij buitenspel gezet. Later kwam de aap uit de mouw. Het bleek dat Den Boer ook de verkoop van de nieuw te ontwikkelen woningen afhandelde. Met andere woorden, deze firma denkt alleen aan zichzelf, werkt met de ellebogen en ontbeert alle integriteit! Zolang ze zelf maar hun zakken kunnen vullen.

Mark helped us very pleasantly with the sale of our house. He guided us through all steps in the process and thought along well with us. The approach was very personal, and the communication was good. The way he approached viewers and buyers is also personal, which we found very important. For example, Mark calmly reviewed the purchase contract with the buyers because they did not have a purchasing broker themselves. The period between sale and transfer can be long, and Mark would occasionally check in to hear how things were going. Until the moment of transfer, we could turn to him with our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence. With the approach and presentation of Aan de Maas Makelaardij, we were able to sell our house with a very beautiful result and fully adhere to our intended planning.

Super nice realtor! Eight years ago, we built a house in Rotterdam with mostly our own resources and completely according to our own ideas in an old garage building. The result was far from standard in terms of appearance and layout. From the very first conversation with Mark from Aan de Maas Makelaardij, it became clear that he flawlessly understood what the unique points of the house were, and what kind of buyers would be looking for them. He understood our wishes, knew the neighborhood, and was also always open to our eccentric opinion. Mark therefore guided us in a very pleasant and patient way during the sale, and it could not have taken place in a better way. We also had very good contact with Maarten in a short period of time. Buying an apartment in the Netherlands is not an easy task, especially if you don't live locally and don't know how the Dutch market works, so choosing Maarten as my real estate agent was one of the best decisions in this process. Before Maarten started house hunting, I had already viewed 3 houses myself, but during the next three viewings with Maarten, I quickly realized that having an experienced real estate agent by your side is a great asset. He has a very sharp eye for detail and made sure he took notes during each viewing and pointed out important things that I would definitely miss. I immediately felt calm in this process and trusted Maarten completely. He was available on WhatsApp when I had questions and kept in touch, even during the mortgage process, which takes several weeks, and afterwards. I would never recommend Remax to my friends and family. We had a bad experience with them when we bought our first house. The communication with the person who was supposed to help us was very poor. For example, he didn't show up at the last meeting where we signed the house contract, even though he said he would. This wasn't the first incident either. It was a shame!
