11 Sep 2019Extremely unreliable realtor! This realtor acted as the sales realtor for a neighboring commercial building. I wanted to discuss purchasing a small piece of the large plot. The representative of the realtor said they would present this to the seller. I was willing to pay top dollar, so my offer was interesting to the seller. When I heard nothing back, I called the former owner directly. However, he had never received the request regarding the sale of this narrow strip. While this was perfectly discussable for this company. In the meantime, the sale of the building to a property developer had gone ahead. This realtor deliberately did not take my request into account and excluded me from consideration. Later, the truth came out. It turned out that Den Boer also handled the sales of the new homes to be developed. In other words, this firm only thinks about themselves, elbows its way through, and lacks all integrity! As long as they can fill their own pockets.

Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. 17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.
