04 Nov 2019Extremely unreliable realtor! This realtor acted as the sales realtor for a neighboring commercial building. I wanted to discuss purchasing a small piece of the large plot. The representative of the realtor said they would present this to the seller. I was willing to pay top dollar, so my offer was interesting to the seller. When I heard nothing back, I called the former owner directly. However, he had never received the request regarding the sale of this narrow strip. While this was perfectly discussable for this company. In the meantime, the sale of the building to a property developer had gone ahead. This realtor deliberately did not take my request into account and excluded me from consideration. Later, the truth came out. It turned out that Den Boer also handled the sales of the new homes to be developed. In other words, this firm only thinks about themselves, elbows its way through, and lacks all integrity! As long as they can fill their own pockets.

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. I found selling my first little house quite exciting, but thanks to the good guidance, it was much less stressful for me. A quick response to all my questions, both via the app and by phone. He always calls back quickly and takes the time, as does the assistant. I definitely recommend this real estate agent.
