Dear Mr. Hill, You are completely mistaken. Perhaps you should do better research before drawing such conclusions. We take this very badly. Of the last 428 homes in the last 8 years, only 1 of our colleagues received a home through developer BPD. The allocation system of BPD is visible via https://www.nieuwbouw-devolgerlanden.nl/service/toewijzing. The rest of our staff do not live in De Volgerlanden and/or do not live in a project sales house. In addition, there are currently no homes allocated for the ongoing projects in De Volgerlanden.

Marco is charmant, maar hij is niet betrouwbaar. Bij de verkoop van ons huis is hij niet transparant naar ons geweest dat hij er zelf beter van probeerde te worden door potentiële kopers te benaderen, zonder dat wij dit wisten. Hij zei tegen potentiële kopers dat als hij hun huis mocht verkopen, hij ervoor zou zorgen dat ze gekozen zouden worden. Dit heeft hij allemaal achter onze rug om gedaan (hier zijn we toevallig achter gekomen doordat we contact kregen met deze mensen). Ook heeft hij de ingezonden verhalen op Move.nl voor ons achterwege gelaten door deze niet vrij te geven. We vinden het erg jammer hoe iemand in deze machtspositie zó misbruik hiervan maakt. Ons advies: ga voor een andere makelaar. Hij is goedkoop, maar de verkoop van je huis is te belangrijk om op te bezuinigen.

Robert helped us with the sale of our house. Quite exciting because you don't do something like that every day. We wanted to sell the house in a short time but also get what the house is worth and Robert really helped us with this. From the moment we put it 'For Sale', to taking the photos (discussing and giving input together) and when the viewers came. Neatly and properly reported so we knew what had happened, but in a good and honest way. Not too enthusiastic but just realistic. We would definitely recommend Robert, use his expertise and tips because he knows what he's doing! Top realtor!

For an appraisal to obtain our mortgage, we were referred to Yess Real Estate. They were able to appraise within a reasonable timeframe. Because we were satisfied, we also entrusted the sale of our home to Yess. Jessica and colleagues guided us neatly throughout the entire process. Short lines via WhatsApp, telephone or email. Not everything always goes according to plan. However, when there were bumps, they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Our house was sold subject to conditions, but we expect the further handling to go well too. The communication is professional, pleasant and accessible; no question is too much!

These people assessed my house for a seller on a Tuesday. Property assessed as average. The young lady was inside for 20 minutes, asked few questions. Within a week the report would be ready. On Monday I was called by the secretary, photos of the kitchen were missing, or if I wanted to take them and send them. Report appeared, value determined below the WOZ value as of January 2024? Comparable properties sold in June 2024 were indexed with many percentages until April 2025? Shoot me...
