Of the last 428 homes in the last 8 years, only 1 of our colleagues received a home through developer BPD. The allocation system of BPD is visible via https://www.nieuwbouw-devolgerlanden.nl/service/toewijzing. The rest of our staff do not live in De Volgerlanden and/or do not live in a project sales house. In addition, there are currently no homes allocated for the ongoing projects in De Volgerlanden.

Excellent guidance from Monique Ijzelenberg of Remax. I had spoken to a few real estate agents, and felt good about her because she clearly indicated what needed to be done to the renovation property in order to market it as well as possible. Afterwards, consistently fast and efficient communication. They are priced at the top end of the segment but, as far as I'm concerned, that was more than compensated for by taking care of me and selling the house for a price considerably higher than other agents had suggested.

Had a very pleasant experience. The initial introduction was with Jeroen, and that immediately gave a good feeling, so I no longer felt the need to try another real estate agent. He had a clear story and knowledge of the subject matter. Ultimately, his approach proved to be the right one as well. The entire team is very enthusiastic and helpful, making them very pleasant to communicate with. If I need a real estate agent again in the future, I know where to go.
