Ik heb te maken gehad met Marco als verkopend makelaar en mijn ervaring met hem was uiterst positief. Ik kocht een woning die nog flink opgeknapt moest worden, en het was fantastisch hoe Marco meedacht over de mogelijkheden. Bovendien was zijn flexibiliteit in het regelen van afspraken cruciaal, zo kon ik bijvoorbeeld voor de oplevering nog het appartement in om de keuken te laten inmeten. Wij hebben zeer goede ervaringen met Estate Makelaar. Onze woning is verkocht via Marco van der Kruk en hij heeft ons goed begeleid in het hele verkooptraject. Wij hebben met verschillende makelaars een oriënterend gesprek gehad om onze woning te verkopen en Marco is wat ons betreft onderscheidend in zijn werkwijze. Hij laat zich niet leiden door 'lijstjes', maar handelt uit eigen kennis en ervaring van de (lokale) woningmarkt. Ons gevoel over zijn werkwijze is succesvol gebleken, want onze woning is binnen enkele weken naar alle tevredenheid verkocht. I would never recommend Remax to my friends and family. We had a bad experience with them when we bought our first house. The communication with the person who was supposed to help us was very poor. For example, he didn't show up at the last meeting where we signed the house contract, even though he said he would. This wasn't the first incident either. It was a shame!
