If you don't have a permanent contract, don't even think about it and if you want to write something nonsensical in defense: even the rental real estate agent said that only people with a permanent contract have a chance of renting an apartment here. Shame!

Date unknownWhat an arrogant woman works there, we had a house viewing and she acted as if we wanted to steal something from the house, we absolutely had to start from upstairs and follow her when she wanted, she didn't let us look properly because she had to talk so much you had to listen to her, it seemed like she was hiding something. Inexperienced arrogant woman. I hope for the people that they don't get her during a house viewing.

Such as access to the VvE (found out when buying that you are €13000 poorer) and pressure to fill his own pockets. In one word scandalous to treat someone who is vulnerable like this. All in all, severely disadvantaged!!!!

Date unknownWhat an arrogant woman works there, we had a house viewing and she acted as if we wanted to steal something from the house, we absolutely had to start from upstairs and follow her when she wanted, she didn't let us look properly because she had to talk so much you had to listen to her, it seemed like she was hiding something. Inexperienced arrogant woman. I hope for the people that they don't get her during a house viewing.

28 Jul 2022Nothing but praise for Kooyman Eigen Huis. As a starter on the housing market, after searching for a long time, I finally found an apartment that was still available and where I could schedule a viewing. I was helped by Julie, which I experienced as pleasant. Julie gave me a professional impression and she knew all the ins and outs of the property. Info about the VVE (Homeowners Association), construction plans in the area, advance payment for heating costs, and the history of the building. Basically everything you need to know. Anyway, I made an offer and bought the apartment. Also, during the process, measurement moments and extra viewings were no problem, and here too I was helped kindly. Later, during the handover of the garage box, there was something wrong. The garage box differed from the viewed garage box in terms of finishing level. The real estate agent could not have known this because the keys were not available from the selling party. No hassle, no complaints, Mr. Kooyman himself proactively contacted me and came by within 48 hours with a contractor to assess and discuss how the problem could be solved. We are now 3 weeks further and the contractor has finished and panelled the garage box at top level. Friendly people who also updated some points in the house. I would recommend Kooyman to everyone, they have gained an ambassador from me.

I expected that I would tell him the details of the house and discuss the sale, but instead he came with a report on what the current market is like, how things are going in the neighborhood regarding sales, and what the best price would be to put our house up for sale. And he's a technical nerd, so he had already researched how he could make things easier with a click of a button and not to mention his photographic skills and the details in VR. We felt good and chose to work with him. As promised, he made sure that the entire process went according to plan. But luckily we were surprised at our sale and he made sure that he thought along with us and gave the right advice and didn't make the decision for us. Finally, he is super fast and easy to communicate or connect with. You will never feel excluded in the dark. It doesn’t often happen that you sell your house and we are therefore happy that we chose Hugo. Thank you Hugo!

Because we were satisfied, we also entrusted the sale of our home to Yess. Jessica and colleagues guided us neatly throughout the entire process. Short lines via WhatsApp, telephone or email. Not everything always goes according to plan. However, when there were bumps, they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Our house was sold subject to conditions, but we expect the further handling to go well too. The communication is professional, pleasant and accessible; no question is too much!

Within a week the report would be ready. On Monday I was called by the secretary, photos of the kitchen were missing, or if I wanted to take them and send them. Report appeared, value determined below the WOZ value as of January 2024? Comparable properties sold in June 2024 were indexed with many percentages until April 2025? Shoot me...

REACTIE VIJFVINKEL Firstly, with regard to the hole in the wall, I want to emphasize that the real estate agent initially called us requesting that we leave the hole as it was. This contrasts with the claim that the sellers reported that the hole could not be repaired in a timely manner. Secondly, regarding the full waste bins, it is important to mention that we were explicitly told that it was normal to leave them and that we should go to the landfill. This contradicts the claim that the office would not have said they found it 'normal'. Later there were indeed matters that, in my opinion, were not unforeseen but clear defects that were not reported. We were also right about this through our legal assistance. A fire in the meter cupboard because all the electrical wiring was not properly connected should surely be noticeable every time your circuit breaker trips. Respectful and transparent conduct are values we all strive for, and I believe that sketching a correct picture of a situation falls under this. Finally, I would like to say that I found it very unpleasant that after my review I was approached several times by the real estate agent both by telephone and via email (by tracing my personal data through their archive) to persuade me to remove or adjust my review in favor of Vijfvinkel. ORIGINAL REVIEW For the client they will certainly score well. But a little respect and humanity towards the buyer is lacking. One of many examples: This real estate agent finds it normal for the seller to leave 3 full containers of waste behind, which would not be emptied until after a month. Despite this being noted during the key handover, the real estate agent stuck to her position that we, as new residents, should dispose of the old residents' waste if we wanted space in the containers before our move. Frankly antisocial. In addition, the real estate agent also thought it was perfectly normal for the previous owners to leave a large hole in the wall for us, while this arose after signing the purchase agreement. For this reason alone I would personally never choose this real estate agent.

We naturally feel it's important to contact a buyer who is not happy and places such a review without discussing the dissatisfaction personally. This was appreciated and the buyer confirmed that we were not informed of defects that emerged later. The buyer then spontaneously said they would ‘adjust’ the review somewhat; we did not ask them to remove (or adjust) the review. Quite the opposite is true. After the phone call, we sent a confirmation of what was discussed including our statement that we would respond to the review to paint a clear picture. Of course, we have the contact details of our buyers. ______ Dear Lotte, following your words in this review, we had contact with each other. A year and a half ago, you purchased the property through our agency. Before the transfer, the sellers reported that a hole in the wall (due to a repair) could not be repaired in time. It was agreed that the sellers would resolve this. This was subsequently recorded in the inspection report and also carried out by the sellers. It is true that there has been contact regarding full waste bins. Unfortunately, this cannot always be avoided during a move. That we would find that ‘normal’ are not our words. You mention the above as one of many examples. Only now have we been told about unforeseen circumstances later on. We were not informed about these by you so we could not act where possible, very regrettable. Respectful and humane conduct are our core values; we therefore like to paint a fair picture of this situation.
