The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

We came across Yess by chance during a viewing in Barendrecht and received a card then. Later we had an introductory meeting with Denise, and that felt right away good: spontaneous, social and clearly expert. Therefore we chose her as our purchase agent, and we have not regretted that for a moment. The contact was very low-threshold, via phone and WhatsApp, always quick and friendly. We received clear explanations for our (sometimes many) questions and doubts, and that gave a lot of trust.
